Information globalization has placed Indonesia as part of the world's information society, requiring the establishment of arrangements for the management of information and electronic transactions at the national level. In line with these developments, the internet has changed everything, from the way people think, communicate, connect, work, shop, to the pattern of people in making love. Sexual access can now be easily obtained, from contemporary pornographic content to online prostitution, produced and distributed massively and very quickly on the internet.The idea of sexuality that used to be taboo now obtains a space to discuss. Through the internet, sexuality is used as a recreational arena and a biological necessity as an essential outlet for desire and lust. As Foucault shows that sexuality is not merely a biological drive, but is a form of behavior and thoughts that are subordinated by power relations that are carried out for the purpose other objectives outside the interests of sexuality itself. It is this power that should be used as "social control", legal decisions, to government regulation of sexuality freedom on the internet. The purpose of this study is to find out how the reality of online prostitution is now growing and its relation to government arrangements. This study uses a virtual ethnographic method. The results showed that the Internet became a medium of online prostitution development that increases rapidly so that almost abandon the government power to regulate it.

Samsat Mobile West Java (SAMBARA) application is an electronic-based innovation made by BAPENDA West Java whose function is to check Motor Vehicle Tax in West Java Region. The application can display motor vehicle tax information both two-wheeled and four-wheeled in Jabar online. The benefits of this application, checking motor vehicle tax and also to make payment of motor vehicle tax, knowing the schedule of samsat roving and Samsat Gendong (Samdong), and through the Sambara application can also find out the location of Samsat services. In this study researchers used the theory of effectiveness of Sutrisno and indicators of the quality of public services according to De Vreye. And the method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques conducted by researchers is to take data in the library, read, record, and process research materials. With this Sambara application to facilitate and shorten the time for people who will pay taxes so that people no longer have to wait in line when they want to pay motor vehicle tax

Mentor Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival adalah mereka yang ditunjuk oleh surat keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat untuk menyebarkan Program EMAS di Provinsi Jawa Barat penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengalaman komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh mentor EMAS yang berasal dari kabupaten Karawang. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini sebanyak adalah mentor EMAS Bidang keperawawatn, Mentor EMAS Bidang Manajemen dan Mentor EMAS Bidang Medis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fenomenologi hasil dari penelitian ini adalah setiap motivasi para mentor dalam melakukan pekerjaanya adalah ikut serta bersama pemerintah memberikan intervensi program EMAS, makna menjadi mentor adalah kesenangan yang tak dapat dinilai oleh apapun dan Pengalaman komunikasi yang dirasakan oleh mentor Program EMAS adalah menjadi guru dan menjadi murid disaat yang samaKata Kunci: Komunikasi Mentor EMAS, Pengalaman Komunikasi, Komunikasi Pendampingan.

Digital transformation in the government sector needs to be supported by Human Resources (HR) who have competence in the field of information and communication technology so that digital-based public services by the government can be implemented properly. However, the reality shows that the quality of some of the human resources of the government apparatus in terms of mastering these competencies and awareness of the importance of digital transformation, especially at the village government level, is still low. This issue has become a strategic issue faced by partners in this Community Service (PKM) activity. The stages carried out in the implementation of this PKM include 1) problem mapping and identification of partner needs; 2) analysis of data and information; 3) formulation of solutions; and 4) activity design; 5) implementation; 6) evaluation of activities. The method used in organizing this PKM activity is through seminars and workshops on digital literacy and media literacy, namely media communication. The results of the activity show that 1) increasing awareness of the apparatus about the importance of adaptation and innovation needs to be continuously promoted in order to support digital transformation in the government sector; 2) practical training on how to communicate through digital media needs to be carried out to equip village government officials so that they can minimize the occurrence of misinformation, disinformation and hoaxes which if left unchecked have the potential to trigger conflict between the government and the community.
