Frauenklinik Tübingen konnten nach der Verwendung von Cyclophosphamid (Endoxan®) ,, Endoxan-Zystitiden" ver-Hofrat Professor Dr. W. Dick zum 65. Geburtstag. schiedener Schweregrade beobachtet werden. Folgende Einteilung wird vorgeschlagen: Grad: Miktionsbeschwerden bei gering pathologischem Urinbefund (Erythrozyten, Leukozyten) ohne Makrohämaturie. Zystoskopisch: fleckförmige oder diffuse Rötung. Diagnose: katarrhalische bzw. geringe hämorrhagische Zystitis. Grad: Makrohämaturie mit deutlich pathologischem Urinbefund (Eiweiß: positiv; Sediment: Bakterien und massenhaft Erythrozyten). Zystoskopisch: fibrinöse Auflagerungen bei starker Rötung, zum Teil mit bullösem Odem, petechiale Blutungen. Grad: Makrohämaturie, geringe Faßkraft. Stark pathologischer Urinbefund. Oft durch Aszension bedingtes Fieber.

Different stages of side effects may result in the application of actinotherapy in the intestinal canal, bladder, ureter, vagina integument, bones, lymph ducts, and in fibrous tissue. Besides the reaction during actinotherapy, there are so-called early and/or late sequels. If conservative therapy remains unsuccessful, surgical treatment often has to be performed. Primary indication has to comply with the symptoms, Side effects in the rectum and signs may be treated for a longer period by means of conservative therapy than those in the small intestine, which often triggers an ileus or malabsorption syndrome. The Stewart-Treves syndrome is discussed in lymphatic edema.
