Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menilai dampak pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian, dampak kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan dampak penetapann harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlet Whitening, dengan menggunakan studi kasus mahasiswa UINSU. Teknik kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitiian ini terdiri dari seluruh mahasiswa FEBI UINSU yang berjumlaah 20.425 peserta, dengan kelompok sampeel 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan kuesioner. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi bergaanda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F), dan koefisien determinasi semuanya digunakan dalam pendekatan analiisis data penelitian ini, yang juga mencakup tinjauan pustaka. Promosi memiliki dampak besar pada keputsan pembelian, setidaknya sebagian. Kualitas produk memiliki dampak besar pada keputusan pembelian sebagian. Sebagian waktu, penetapan harga tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan pembeliian. Promosi, kualitas produk, dan harga semuanya berdampak besar pada keputusaan pembelian mahasiswa UINSU untuk produk Scarlett Whitening.
The Entrepreneurship course aims to make students learn to understand entrepreneurship, learn to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and learn to be an entrepreneur. This type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship courses in order to increase student interest in entrepreneurship by using multiple regression tests to compare the interests of students who take entrepreneurship courses with those who do not take entrepreneurship courses. In semesters 2, 4, and 6, 30 random samples were obtained for each group of students. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurship courses affects student interest in entrepreneurship. For 2nd semester students they do not take entrepreneurial decisions, but they do take them in high school. On the other hand, 4th semester students are interested in jobs that can guarantee a steady income (job). The results of this study can explain the need for students to accompany the offering of entrepreneurship courses in more practical applications in order to gain a clearer understanding of entrepreneurship. PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera is one of the companies engaged in insurance by adhering to sharia principles. Claiming is the process of asking for guarantees or rights for losses suffered by the insured to the insurance company. This reseaarch is a research wiith qualitative method. The purposse of thiis study is to explaine how the procedure for submitting Full Cash Value at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branch. From the result’s of the study, it is known thaat the procedure for submitting Full Cash Value at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera is quite simple, if the customer who submits a claim has submitted a complete claim application and submitted the documents required by PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, the claim will be approved. PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branc already has an informatiion system to manages data and transaction for submitting existing Full Cash Value Claims. The results of the study concluded that communication in a leadership is a very important element in achieving the success of the goals to be achieved by an organization. Therefore, a leader should be good at communicating both verbally and non-verbally. Good communication will be able to increase motivation, so that the information conveyed can be well received and this will be able to improve performance and work control will also be carried out properly. In an organization the leader is a communicator. Effective leaders generally have effective communication skills, so that more or less will be able to stimulate the participation of the people they lead.
An online trading system is an implementation of stock trading over the internet.. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction while using a syariah-compliant online trading system provided by PT. Phintraco Sekuritas Cabang Medan. PT. Phintraco Sekuritas Medan's internet trading system is the subject of this investigation. When using an online syariah payment system, product quality does not have a significant impact on how customers feel about their purchases. This is based on the results of data mining. Variable service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction when using a halal online trading system, but variable price has no discernible impact on customer satisfaction when using a halal online trading system.
