The most significant industrial development in Batam City in recent years, this is done with go public and private companies that have gone bankrupt and observe bankruptcy. PT Citra Tubindo and PT Sat Nusapersada, Tbk are one of the manufacturing companies listed on the IDX that provide influence in the city of Batam, which caused a decline in financial and financial performance. This study aims to Distress finance at the company PT Citra Tubindo and PT Sat NusaPersada, Tbk using the Altman Z-Score method. This method uses financial statements to be processed using variables from Z-Score. The analysis technique used is the Altman Zscore bankruptcy score model. By using variables that represent liquidity (X1), profitability (X2) and (X3), activity (X4) and (X5). The results of the study indicate that PT Citra Tubindo has a Z-score value in 2015 and 2017 covering bankruptcy. In 2016, bankruptcy references need to be done by increasing financial ratios, profitability and activities. Whereas for PT Sat Nusapersada, Tbk in 2015and 2016 healthy, in 2017 the company is prone to vulnerability. AbstrakPerkembangan industri di Kota Batam mengalami penurunan yang signifikan beberapa tahun terakhir, hal ini terlihat dengan banyaknya perusahaan go public dan privat yang telah bangkrut dan berpotensi bangkrut.. PT Citra Tubindo dan PT Sat Nusapersada, Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang yang terdaftar di BEI yang terkena dampak dari perkembangan perekonomian di Kota Batam, yang menyebabakan terjadinya penurunan kinerja keuangan dan financial distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penilaian financial Distress pada perusahaan PT Citra Tubindo dan PT Sat NusaPersada, Tbk dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Metode ini menggunakan laporan keuangan untuk di analisis dengan menggunakan variabel dari Z-Score. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah model prediksi kebangkrutan Altman Z-score. Dengan menggunakan lima variabel yang mewakili rasio likuiditas (X 1 ), profitabilitas (X 2 ) dan (X 3 ), aktivitas (X 4 ) dan (X 5 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Citra Tubindo memiliki nilai Z-score pada tahun 2015 dan tahun 2017 berpotensi bangkrut,. Sedangkan pada tahun 2016 berpotensi rawan bangkrut sehingga perlu melakukan perbaikan dengan meningkatkan rasio keuangan likuiditas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas. Sedangkan untuk PT Sat Nusapersada, Tbk pada tahun 2015 dan 2016 sehat, sedangkan pada tahun 2017 perusahaan berpotensi rawan. . Abstrak - Pengabdian ini berkaitan dengan pengajaran bahasa inggris, marketing dan digital technology kepada masyarakat kampung Pulau Akar Batam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris dengan turis asing, warga kampung Pulau Akar dapat memasarkan dan mempromosikan objek wisatanya dan mampu menggunakan teknologi digital serta internet sebagai media publikasi tourism activities sehingga bisa terhubung banyak orang dalam dan luar negeri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kampung Pulau Akar, Kelurahan Setokok, Kecamatan Bulang, Batam dan peserta terdiri dari anak sekolah, guru dan pengemudi pancung. Metode yang diterapkan adalah perkenalan diri, presentasi, diskusi, ceramah dan praktek. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta mendapatkan peningkatan keterampilan berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa inggris, memperoleh pengetahuan untuk membuat promosi wisata, dan produk lokal serta mahir menggunakan teknologi digital dan internet demi memperkenalkan dimata dunia kegiatan dan objek wisata Kampung Pulau Akar Kata Kunci: Pengabdian, bahasa inggris, promosi wisata, teknologi digital
One business that is developing today is the business of transportation services by motorcycle or used to be called an ojek. If the first motorcycle taxis are managed conventionally and sole proprietorship, now there is a new business motor that is a commercial business, which provides public transportation services and managed professionally. Currently there are two kinds of ojek services, namely ojek offline and ojek online. Unlike conventional motorcycles that can only be found when consumers look for it at certain points, ojek online can be ordered online through android apps. The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of consumer satisfaction level on interpersonal communication on ojek online and offline. The population used is the people of Batam who use Online Ojek and Ojek offline. The population consists of 5 districts namely Batuaji, Sagulung, Sekupang, Batu ampar and Batam Kota with a sample of 384 respondents. The results obtained by using questionnaires / questionnaires. Data analysis used is different test with SPSS version 20. The result of research shows that consumer satisfaction level on communication interpersonal with indicator of openness, empathy, support, positive and equality on ojek online and offline there is difference. Overall the level of customer satisfaction on communication interpersonal ojek online and offline there is a difference, with Sig count 0.000> 0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the level of customer satisfaction on communications interpersonal services ojek online and offline in Batam.

Competition in the world of commerce is felt and changes in the environment and technology are increasingly rapid and continue to support competition today, customer-oriented marketing strategies, making retail companies must understand well the behavior and needs of their customers to achieve maximum benefits for Alfamart, Alfamart is a retail provide various daily needs for consumption by the community. Alfamartm provides staple goods at affordable prices, convenient shopping, and locations that are easily accessible. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The sampling technique used to collect data in this study was random sampling determined in accordance with the coverage area of each service unit by distributing questionnaires to customers. With a total questionnaire of 382 customers from PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study stated that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality; Consumer Satisfaction; Loyalty Customer
