This research is about LGBT issues and how the Church responds and handles the victims or perpetrators of LGBT. This research tries to analyze and provide solutions to the church regarding effective pastoral care for LGBT groups. By using a qualitative research approach or method that focuses more on literature review, this study concludes that through the guiding function, the function of improving relations, and the function of healing, it should be executed properly and correctly it will be very effective in dealing with victims and perpetrators of LGBT.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini seputar isu LGBT dan bagaimana respons serta penanganan yang dilakukan oleh Gereja terhadap para korban atau pelaku LGBT. Pada penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis dan memberikan solusi kepada gereja perihal pelayanan pastoral yang efektif kepada kelompok LGBT. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan atau metode penelitian kualitatif yang lebih menitikberatkan pada kajian pustaka, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa melalui fungsi membimbing, fungsi memperbaiki hubungan, dan fungsi menyembuhkan, maka seharusnya apabila dijalankan dengan baik dan benar maka akan sangat efektif menangani korban maupun pelaku LGBT.

This research is about literature study on whether or not a servant of God smokes. This research was carried out based on the observation of researchers that there are still many servants of God who smoke, both openly and quietly. By using a qualitative approach and focusing on data or information from the literature, the results are obtained that should servants of God should not smoke. This result is also based on several perspectives such as: medical, ethical, legal and especially on the Bible. Keywords: God's Servant, Smoking, Problematics   Abstraksi: Penelitian ini tentang kajian pustaka terhadap boleh tidaknya seorang hamba Tuhan merokok. Penelitian ini dilakuka berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti bahwa masih banyak hamba Tuhan yang merokok, baik yang terang-terangan maupun yang sembunyi-bunyi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menitikberatkan pada data atau informasi dari literatur maka diperoleh hasil bahwa seharusnya hamba Tuhan tidak boleh merokok. Hasil ini juga didasarkan pada beberapa perspektif seperti: medis, etis, hukum dan terutama pada Alkitab.                         Kata Kunci: Hamba Tuhan, Merokok, Problematika

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 telah menghasilkan kesulitan hidup yang sistemik dan meliputi hampir semua aspek kehidupan, tak terkecuali warga gereja di GPI Jemaat Sinai Ghara Citra Tangerang. Itulah sebabnya melalui PkM. ini dan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah maka kami menyampaikan dan mengajak warga gereja bagaimana mereka harus tetap bersyukur sekalipun di tengah-tengah kesulitan. Hasilnya, warga gereja merespons dengan positif dan materi yang disampaikan sangat memberkati mereka.   Kata kunci: Mengucap Syukur, Covid-19, Warga Gereja

This research is about the reflection of the statue which in the belief of the Dayak tribe community is related as an intermediary for communicating with ancestral spirits. By using qualitative methods, especially literature review, the researchers found that this practice should not be viewed from the perspective of Christian faith and Bible teachings. That is the reason, it is not permissible for every Dayak tribe who has believed in Christ to also practice the same. Abstrak: Penelitian ini tentang patung pantulak yang dalam kepercayaan masyarakat suku Dayak menjadikannya sebagai perantara untuk berkomunikasi dengan arwah leluhur. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, khususnya kajian pustaka, maka peneliti menemukan bahwa praktik ini tidak dibenarkan apabila ditinjau dari perspektif iman Kristen dan ajaran Alkitab. Itulah sebabnya, tidak diperbolehkan setiap suku Dayak yang telah beriman kepada Kristus untuk juga melakukan praktik yang sama.
