Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis “Pengaruh Tagline dan Jingle Iklan terhadap Pembentukan Brand Awareness” (Studi pada Iklan Oreo dengan Tagline “Diputar, Dijilat, Dicelupin” dan Jingle “Bayangkan Ku Beri Oreo” di Televisi pada mahasiswa Institut Pembangunan Airlangga Surabaya (IPAS)). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, uji koefisien korelasi dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis statistik menjelaskan bahwa: (1) Variabel Tagline dan Jingle secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Brand Awareness. (2) Variabel Tagline secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness. (3) Variabel Jingle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness.
This study aims to discuss the use of local wisdom in village development. Local wisdom that has become a local culture and is routinely implemented all contains norms, arts, mutual cooperation and togetherness in rural communities such as; traditional ceremonies, cultural activities, religious activities, and community social activities. The principle of recommendation and subsidiarity gives the village recognition and authority to be empowered and independent. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is a policy affirmative so that villages can carry out various forms of development in all. The implementation of development requires the harmonization of all aspects of society so that it can fulfill the stages of the development process, from planning, implementation and accountability. Evaluation of development policies can be carried out based on existing noble values. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data search interview techniques for primary data and accommodate existing data and documentation in the village for secondary data. The result of this research is the role of local wisdom in Palaan Village by running the village community development will have a very significant relationship. Local wisdom that is cultural in nature such as traditional ceremonies carried out in the framework of pre-implementation of activities for infrastructure development, the form of activities funded by APBDesa is art groups.Keywords: Local wisdom, village authority, village development.
Development is a continuous effort in creating conditions that can provide more valid (valid) alternatives for every citizen to achieve his most humanist aspirations, generally humanist aspirations are expressed as increasing social welfare. Therefore, a development must begin with proper planning. So that with a proper planning will provide a development result in accordance with the needs of the community. The Malang Regency Government itself only implemented SIPD in early 2021, so that at a very young age, of course, there are still many things that need to be improved in the future. The need for an evaluation of a program running is one way so that errors or deficiencies can be identified and corrected. Therefore, the author uses indicators from the theory of effectiveness that have been described in the theoretical study.
Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 concerning Villages, where the Village Representative Body (BPD) is the embodiment of democracy development communication is essential in the administration of village governance. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a research focus to determine the mechanism for drafting a Village Regulation (Perdes) regarding village asset management. The results of this study include the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 111 of 2014 concerning Technical Guidelines for Village Regulations, stipulating that the flow of issuing village regulations includes, a. Planning; b. Preparation (BPD/Kades); c. Discussion; d. Determination; e. Clarification.
