Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini yaitu karyawan PT. LKM Demak Sejahtera. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 karyawan dengan kriteria responden berusia 20-25 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that affect the amount of easy-to-use savings savings. Thesefactors are the Profit Sharing Rate, Liquidity, Bank Size and Number of Bank Offices. The object of this research is all Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) that report their Financial Statements to the Monetary Services Authority, with an observation period for the first quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2019. The sampling method uses the Census method, namely the entire available population is sampled and there are 14 Sharia Commercial Banks. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that the Profit Sharing Rate has no effect, Liquidity has a significant negative effect, while the Bank Size and Number of Bank Offices have a significant positive effect on the Total Mudharabah Deposits.

Abstract-The aim of this research was to examine the interdependence between import price, exchange rate and national income. The data analysis method used was structural vector autoregressive (svar). The data used in this research was quarterly data from 1997.3 through 2013.4. The analysis was conducted on the impulse response function (IFRS) and forecast error variance decompositions (FEDVs) to determine the effect of exchange rate to import price and national income. The results show that exchange rate shock has positive effect on import price and has negative effect on national income. Furthermore, FEDVs analysis show that the variations of import price were largely determined by the import price, and the exchange rate variations were largely determined by the exchange rate itself. Meanwhile, the variations in national income were largely determined by the exchange rate variable.
