In this work, a study was made of the pollution of water bodies by enterprises of the Moscow region. Much attention is paid to the issues of pollution of water bodies by both Russian and foreign scientists. New technologies for water purification from pollution are being developed. I use new methods and approaches in research and study of this issue at various levels and localizations. The article clarified the general principles for determining pollutants in water bodies from the enterprises of the Moscow region, as well as the permissible and actual concentrations of pollutants. The authors studied archival materials of hydrological and engineering-geological surveys, as well as analyzed the scientific literature. As a result of the study, we found that storm drains from the enterprise pollute the soil not only of the enterprises, but also of the surrounding territories. These studies are confirmed by the works and can serve as indicators for assessing the sustainability of the natural complex of the territory of small towns in the Moscow region. Also, calculations were made of the maximum allowable discharge, which is the product of the volume of surface runoff coming from the territory of the enterprise and the permissible concentration of harmful substances contained in the wastewater discharged by the enterprise. Based on the study, it is necessary to carry out an action plan to achieve the maximum permissible discharge, such as: collection, as well as timely removal of household waste from the territory of an industrial enterprise during the year in order to reduce the concentration of wastewater, as well as measures that exclude the possibility of spilling oil products during transportation cargo throughout the year.
The article presents an update and a generalized geo-ecological assessment of the Bogorodsky urban district of the Moscow region (the former Noginsky was abolished) at the time of 2021-2022. The indicators of the ecological state of the territories are considered from the standpoint of the realities of the current years. A comparison was made of the geo-ecological situation of the territories of small towns of compact residence in the Noginsk district for 2011-2014 and the current geo-ecological situation of the territory of small towns of the Bogorodsk urban district of the Moscow region (the former Noginsk was abolished) for 2021-2022. Data on the incidence of the population and environmental pollution are analyzed from the standpoint of causal relationships of direct and indirect correlations between diseases of the respiratory, digestive and genitourinary systems. Also, for ecodiagnostics, the dominant concepts of toxicology are used, such as the reaction rate and the response of a particular individual organism to a stimulus. A new municipal specialized subprogram “Ecology and the Environment” for 2023-2027 with the introduction of new indicators aimed at protecting the environment is considered. A look at the scenarios and inertial forecast for the development of environmental sustainability of urbanized territories of small towns in the study area is given.
The article examines the peculiarities of the personality development of future economists through professional education. The authors note that it is the personal aspects that play a leading role in the formation of professional identity, since the level of professional training of specialists in the field of economics involves constant self-development and self-improvement. Effective use should also bridge the gap between these stakeholders by establishing partnerships to optimize the coverage of competencies among employees of economic universities by region, specialty, type of employer and career stages. In this regard, it should be said that the professional competencies of economists are directly related to the development of their personality, which will allow them to receive a comprehensively trained and valuable specialist in all respects in the future.
The purpose of this article is to study the environmental aspects of the circular economy as a phenomenon that is quite relevant today in the light of the changing economic realities under the influence of coronavirus infection and related restrictions. Indeed, today all countries of the world find themselves in a situation where supply chains that have been established for decades are interrupted or degraded due to problems associated with forced lockdowns imposed by individual states, as well as due to the so-called "container crisis". At the same time, an important factor is also the fact that in 2020, due to the forced shutdown of a number of the world's largest manufacturing enterprises, the ecological background of the planet has become more favorable than in the pre-pandemic period. In this regard, it is very important today, against the background of improving the economic development paths of each country, which will be based on the principles of a circular economy to meet the needs of manufacturing enterprises, to take into account environmental aspects that will inevitably play a key role in the intensification of production.
