The aim of the paper is to propose a model for measuring sustainable value which would complexly assess environmental, social, and corporate governance contribution to value creation. In the paper the concept of the Sustainable Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Value Added is presented. The Sustainable Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Value Added is based on the Sustainable Value Added model and combines weighted environmental, social, and corporate governance indicators with their benchmarks determined by Data Envelopment Analysis. Benchmark values of indicators were set for each company separately and determine the optimal combination of environmental, social, and corporate governance inputs to economic outcomes. The Sustainable Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Value Added methodology is applied on real-life corporate data and presented through a case study. The value added of most of the selected companies was negative, even though economic indicators of all of them are positive. The Sustainable Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Value Added is intended to help owners, investors, and other stakeholders in their decision-making and sustainability assessment. The use of environmental, social, and corporate governance factors helps identify the company's strengths and weaknesses, and provides a more sophisticated insight into it than the one-dimensional methods based on economic performance alone.
SUCCESS EVALUATION MODEL FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Core competence is the key factor in the competitiveness of enterprises. This study examines whether enterprises with stronger core competence have the ability and motivation to fulfill more corporate social responsibilities. Taking the non-financial companies listed in the A-share market in China from 2010 to 2019 as the research samples, this paper constructs the measurement index of core competence by text analysis method and empirically tests the impact of core competence on corporate social responsibility. We find that the stronger the core competence is, the higher the corporate social responsibility will be, which means core competence can significantly improve corporate social responsibility. This conclusion remains significant after a series of robustness tests. The mechanism test shows that the impact of core competence on corporate social responsibility is realized by enhancing financial strength and increasing external attention. Further research shows that the relationship between core competence and corporate social responsibility are affected by the nature of the enterprise and the degree of market competition. When the enterprise is a non-state-owned enterprise or the industry competition is more intense, the influence of core competence on corporate social responsibility is stronger. This paper reveals the important impact of core competence on corporate social responsibility, which not only enriches the literature on the economic consequences of core competence and the influencing factors of corporate social responsibility but also has a certain practical significance for how to improve corporate social responsibility.
Information technology has taken the world by storm. Its emergence has given rise to a new level of digital knowledge systems. Its application has been catalytic to the rapid changes taking place in the way people work, live and think, and is facilitating the development of our society and civilization in a new era. The current growing size and complexity of local computer networks also bring increasing demands for continuous monitoring of their proper performance, which is a prerequisite for their good efficiency, safety and reliability. The aim of this paper is to introduce a cyberattack detection model based on a system of delay nonlinear differential equations and find its equilibrium state. The proposed model is based on a system of non-linear differential equations with delay and allows us to obtain a qualitative portrait of dynamic systems using the general Poincaré-Lyapunov theory based on the knowledge of the existence of stationary points and cycles and their mutual disposition.
