Indonesia has various regions with potential tourism attractions that can attract tourists, one of them is Malang City, where Malang City is also known as one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study illustrates the influence of the components of tourism products consisting of attractions, access, amenities and ancillary to the decision of visiting tourists, especially millennial generation in the Tlogowaru mask tourism village of Malang. Topeng Village which is one of the tourist destinations in the form of thematic villages with the theme of Malangan Mask that has been around since the year 2016. The population of this study is all students of the Unmer Tourism Tourism Program Malang who entered the millennial age (aged between 15-34 years) with a sample of 60 people based on their characteristics visited Malangan mask village. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that attraction and ancillary have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows the perception of what tourists get and what tourists feel can have a positive impact and also the presence of officers on guard, the presence of security posts and the existence of a tourist information center that continues to be maintained and improved, also has a positive impact on tourist attractions.
The purpose of research is to describe the price, product, and service quality to tourist satisfaction, to analyze the effect of pricing, product, and service quality, and to analyze between the price of the product, and the quality of service which the dominant influence on tourist satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods survey technique which aims to clarify leverage causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing verification. The data analysis in research used multiple linear regression followed by hypothesis testing. The results showed that the price, product, and quality of service simultaneously significant effect on satisfaction tourist in Taman Wisata Air Wendit Kabupaten Malang, this suggests that the price is comparable to rides that are enjoyed by tourists, products that meet the desires and needs of tourists, and services present optimally, then the tourists can obtain an enjoyable experience so that tourists are interested to come and visit again. Price is dominant influence on tourist satisfaction, the results showed that the price of the dominant influence, not a product. This is because the tourist assumes that the expenditure during a trip to Taman Wisata Air Wendit is in accordance with the travel benefits which are gained by tourists
<p>Indonesia memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata alam yang beragam, menjadikan Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan sektor pariwisata unggulan yang terkenal di dunia. Kabupaten Manokwari merupakan salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang memiliki beragam objek wisata alam yang indah, objek wisata unggulan di Manokwari ialah Pantai Pasir Putih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterkaitan antara Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas yang ditawarkan oleh objek wisata mempunyai dampak terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Pantai Pasir Putih, Kabupaten Manokwari, Papua Barat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian tentang pariwisata khususnya yang berhubungan dengan Atraksi, Amenitas, Aksesibilitas dan Kepuasan Wisatawan. Penelitian ini merupakan <em>explanatory research</em>, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang atau masyarakat yang pernah berkunjung ke Pantai Pasir Putih di Manokwari. Adapun sampel menggunakan jumlah sampel minimal adalah 5-10 kali dari jumlah item pernyataan yang terdapat dikuisioner. Adapun jumlah item pertanyaan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 12, sehingga ukuran maksimal sampel penelitian ini adalah 5 x 12 = 60. Proses pengumpulan data sampel melalui open kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dimana Amenitas merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Pantai Pasir Putih.</p>
Indonesia has many tourist destinations that have great potential, one of which is artificial tourism. One of the tourist destinations visited by many tourists in East Java, namely Malang, is better known in all circles. This study describes the influence of tourism components consisting of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary on Tourist Visiting Interest San Terra De Laponte Malang Regency through Tourist Loyalty as a mediating variable. This population is tourists who have visited the San Terra De Laponte destination with a sample of 65 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. From the analysis and discussion, it is found that Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary have a positive and significant effect on Tourist Loyalty. Furthermore, Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary have a positive and significant effect on Visiting Interest. This shows that what tourists get and what tourists feel have a positive impact so that they attract tourists to revisit San Terra De Laponte, Pujon, Malang Regency
This study aims to analyze the relationship between TouristDestination Image and Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction at Tiga Warna Beach, Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative study with the independent variables namely Tourist Destination Image and Service Quality and the dependent variable is Visitor Satisfaction. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. In this study, there was a population of 16,800 obtained from historical data of visitors to Tiga Warna Beach, Malang Regency in the January-August 2020 period.
