Using two different TRAPP subunits as bait, we have identified four additional components of this human vesicle–tethering complex. Functional studies suggest that TRAPP functions early in ER-to-Golgi traffic, at or before the level of the ERGIC compartment.

PA stage-matched materials delivered in the workplace are efficacious for women but not men. Future interventions should explore the use of these intervention materials in conjunction with multilevel strategies, and particular attention should be paid to possible gender differences.
