With proper parameters, TWIST-Dixon provides higher perceived SNR, more accurate fat suppression, and better overall image quality for breast DCE-MRI without sacrificing accuracy in the enhancement estimation.

Jejunogastric intussusception (JGI) is a rare but potentially lethal complication of gastrectomy or gastrojejunostomy. In the acute setting, early diagnosis and prompt surgical intervention are mandatory to avoid mortality. We present a case of JGI in a patient with a history of gastrojejunostomy who had increasing vomiting, hematemesis, and abdominal pain for 1 day.

Conclusion:The new TWIST Dixon Flex technique provides potentially valuable information of the early tumor enhancement, while maintaining excellent image quality at peak and post-contrast enhancement. This technique could allow us to overcome the compromise on spatial over temporal resolution in clinical breast imaging.
