The level of poverty in Bantul regency is higher than the average of poverty in Yogyakart province. One of the way to decrease poverty is zakat. Decreasing of poverty can be efficient and effective, if zakat collection and distribution by zakat institution. In fact, zakat collection in zakat institution in Bantul regency is increase, but it is lower than zakat potentially. It is 10 pecent only. Furthermore, zakat institutions in Bantul regency need efficient and effective zakat collection strategy. Based on the information, this research use tool of analysis is Matriks SWOT 8K. The steps of this analysis such as determining variable of streghts, weaknesses, opportinities and threaths, determining indicator, determining value of equality, determining position of zakat instititution, finally determining strategy of zakat collection. The result of this research is the position of akat institions in Bantul regency is IB Quadrant and IIA Quadrant. So, Zakat Institutions should implement aggressive maintance strategy and stable growth strategy.Key Word : poverty, zakat, strategy
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Bento Kopi UAD yang pernah berkunjung minimal 1 kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan teknik non-probability yaitu teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan program olah data SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui hasil analisis jalur diketahui terdapat satu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu kualitas produk. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan. Serta, terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen yaitu kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji sobel diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening yaitu kualitas produk, sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening yaitu harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan.
The average poverty rate of Yogyakarta Province is surprisingly higher than that of Indonesia. In order to decrease the figure, numerous approaches are taken, among others the empowerment of small business owners, particularly green entrepreneurs. This research aims at determining factors that influence the knowledge about becoming green entrepreneurs and developing green entrepreneurship motivation model to reduce poverty, specifically in Yogyakarta Province. For this study, a questionnaire survey was employed. The population comprises small business owners. With purposive sampling, 240 final respondents were collected. To analyze the data, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method was applied. The results suggest that the knowledge about green entrepreneurship is affected by educational institutions and media, which further positively influence the motivation to become green entrepreneurs. Another finding indicates that the role of public figures serves as a factor that influences such a motivation. The entrepreneurial motivation is so far determined largely by economic aspects, i.e. earning income to provide for the family. Therefore, a synergy of public figures, the government, and SMEs are called for to expand the knowledge about green entrepreneurship as well as motivate further to becoming green entrepreneurs. The objectives of this study are: 1) To identify the factors that cause indiscipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. 2) To analyze why the discipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri is not optimal. 3) To identify how the work discipline is at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. 4) To formulate efforts to improve work discipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. This research is more appropriate to use a qualitative approach. The results showed that the work discipline of police officers would affect their performance in serving the community. Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri has carried out its duties as well as possible, this of course cannot be separated from the participation and support of the leadership who always provides guidance, direction and instructions in carrying out their duties, so that every member of the Head of Education and Training Center for the National Education and Training Center of the Police tries to provide the best service to the community . As the specific conclusions of this study, as follows: The desired work discipline in improving services to the community; The form of work discipline, and its application. Desired discipline and ways of socializing it; Implementation of Work Discipline; Evaluation of Work Discipline; and follow-up work discipline.
