Running is one of the movements needed in soccer. A person in running motion has several factors that affect his speed. These factors include internal and external factors. One of these internal factors is leg length which is thought to have an influence on the frequency of a person’s footsteps so that they produce different speeds. This study aims to determine the effect of leg length on the 100M sprint running speed on the men’s soccer team at SMA 1 Mataram. This research method is an experimental method that is carried out directly by measuring leg length and running speed with 20 people as respondents from the entire soccer team at SMA 1 Mataram. There is an effect between leg length and 100M sprint running speed on the male soccer team at SMA 1 Mataram after the normality test p> 0.05 is 0.140 and the relative coefficient is 0.965, where the two characteristics above show a strong influence that has processed through the SPSS application.

Introduction: Tax rate changes in Income Tax Law 1984 can be provided companies more beneficial so investment and tax revenue should be increased. The change in tax regulation will be affect to companies’ cost structure. Tax influence capital budgeting by tax effect in cash flow calculation and companies’ longterm capital expenditure too. In the end, cost structure and capital expenditure activities change will be affect companies’ net income after tax.Methods: Almost all companies which listed in stock exchange are manufacture industry, so manufacture handle an important part in Indonesian economic. To see the effect of tax regulation changes which is recently valid, then need to do comparison between before and after period of implementation Income Tax Law changes. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling from manufacture companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data is secondary data, financial annual report since 2008 up to 2010.Results: The result for hypothesis testing show that cost structure of manufacture industry is statistically different. Conclusion and suggestion: Capital expenditure and profitability of manufacture industry is not statistically different before and after period of implementation Income Tax Law 1984.

Menurut WHO pada tahun 2016 terdapat 47 juta atau 5% dari orang tua di dunia yang menderita demensia. Demensia tersering adalah penyakit Alzheimer, dengan kerusakan khas pada sel neuron. Rokok memberikan setengah sumbangsih dalam menyebabkan penurunan volume otak, namun bahan nikotin yang ada dalam tembakau ternyata memiliki efek neuroprotektif. Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perubahan volume otak Rattus norvegicus akibat paparan asap rokok konvensional, nikotin vape, dan pemberian ekstrak daun tembakau yang diberikan secara inhalasi. Ada lime kelompok perlakuan yaitu KN (kelompok kontrol negatif, tidak diberi perlakuan), RK2 (kelompok paparan asap rokok 2 batang rokok perhari selama 2 minggu), RK1 (kelompok dengan pemberian rokok 2 batang perhari selama satu minggu setelah itu diganti dengan pemberian ekstrak daun tembakau 3,78 mg/kgBB selama 1 minggu), NT (kelompok dengan pemberian ekstrak daun tembakau 3,78 mg/kgBB selama 2 minggu), dan NV (kelompok dengan pemberian nikotin vape 3,78 mg/kgBB selama 2 minggu). Pengukuran volume otak dilakukan dengan metode liquid displacement. Hasil rata-rata volume otak terkecil ditemukan pada kelompom RK2 (2,2 ml), kemudian diikuti kelompom NT dan RK1 (2,6 ml), sedangkan volume otak terbesar ditemukan pada kelompok KN dan NV (2,8 ml). Meskipun demikian perbedaan volume otak tersebut tidak signifikan secara statistik. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan melakukan pemeriksaan yang lebih lanjut dan perlakuan hewan coba dilakukan lebih lama sehingga perubahan yang ada bisa nampak lebih jelas.
