The aims of this research is to analyze the policy of sea transport in the realization
Aviation safety performance at Wamena Indonesia airport is still relatively low, and this is shown by the high number of accidents that occurred at the airport in the 2013-2018 period, namely 20 accidents. The low performance of flight safety at Wamena airport is suspected to be related to the lack of optimal implementation of safety risk management and the competence of airport staff that still needs to be improved. The study aimed to determine the effect of safety risk management and airport personnel competence on flight safety performance at Wamena airport in eastern Indonesia. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach involving some respondents from airport staff and as many as 60 officers. The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of safety risk management on the flight safety performance of 79.8%; there is a significant direct effect of airport personnel competence on flight safety performance by 81.8%; there is a significant direct effect of airport personnel competence on safety risk management of 98.1%; there is a significant direct effect of safety risk management and the competence of airport personnel simultaneously on flight safety performance by 96% and based on research results show that indirectly safety risk management has an influence on flight safety performance through airport personnel competence of 97.7%.
The objective of the research is to analyze the influence between Implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) and Competency of Air Traffic Controller towards Aviation Safety at Perum LPPNPI Main Branch JATSC. Type of research is quantitative research by means of surveys, where data obtained through a questionnaire that will be distributed On Air Traffic Controller Perum LPPNPI Main Branch JATSC. The population in this research is an Air Traffic Controller Perum LPPNPI Main Branch JATSC totaled 356 (Three Hundred and Fifty Six) people. The sample taken is 100 (hundred) people. Data collected through the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis performed in this study using correlation and regression. The results of data analysis can be concluded that : (1) Implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) has a positive and significant impact on Aviation Safety (2) Competency of Air Traffic Controller has a positive and significant impact on Aviation Safety (3) Implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) and Competency of Air Traffic Controller has positive and significant impact together on Aviation Safety. The implications of the research are Aviation Safety can be improved by upgrading Implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) and Competency of Air Traffic Controller.
This study aims to analyze the queuing system, service performance, and utilization of the two runways at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Indonesia. The number of aircraft movements at the airport at busy hours exceeds capacity, resulting in long queues. This study uses a quantitative approach and queuing theory with a single server multi-channel queuing system. Discussion of runway service performance at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, by calculating the Queuing System State Probalilities to determine the probability of n units (arrivals) in the system. Five equations have been analyzed in order to Evaluation of the Two Runway Queue System. The findings of this study provide a signal for optimizing airport operator runway utilization by developing runway capacity and adding infrastructure as well as adding taxiways, aprons, and runways. The increase in runway capacity will have an impact on more aircraft services, which also means more effective and efficient runway utilization. To improve the queuing system, it is necessary to improve queuing system services with regular training of directly related officers so that the queuing system can be more effective and efficient. To improve the performance of runway services, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the navigation tools currently owned.
The purpose of this research is to maximize efforts in the innovation of Commuter Line services at Bekasi Station and know the service indicators that get the top priority to improve. The Importance Performance Analysis technique which is integrated with the Kano model is carried out because the increase in performance is always proportional to the increase in customer satisfaction, so a research was conducted at Bekasi station by integrating IPA and Kano models.Based on the result of the analysis of IPA integrated and Kano model there are four elements that need to be prioritized handelrs, namely Bekasi Station officers can be reliable and reliable, Bekasi Station officers have competence and trust, Bekasi Station officers have good information, data and years in answering passenger questions, Bekasi Station provides good physical facilities. The whole element is in quadran I whose handler needs to prioritize its existence because it is this element that is considered very important by service users, but is performance is still not statisfactory and belongs to the category of the one dimensional, where for this need. Customer satisfaction has linear fungction with the performance of the product element.
