Tujuan dari kegaitan pelatihan agar guru di SDN 17 Mata Air Padang Selatan bisa melakukan pembelajaran daring secara online melalui rumah tanpa tatap muka langsung dengan siswa.Metode  yang  dipilih  dengan  cara  memberikan pelatihan.  Hasil  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini adalah  panduan  praktis  dan  sederhana  berupa  pedoman  bagi  guru di SDN 17 Mata Air Padang Selatan untuk paham dan mengerti menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting dan google classroom.

This study aims to do understanding: (1) the effect of work conflict to the spirit at work; (2) the impact of work stress on the spirit at work; (3) the effect of a work conflict and work stress to the spirit at work of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency. This research used quantitative research method by casual associative approach. The sampling technique that used was purposive sampling technique with 39 people. The method used to compile data was questionnaire method. The method that used to analyze data in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression by SPSS programs v 20.0 for windows. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was known that the work conflict (X1) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.283. Work stress (X) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.631. This result shows that work conflict and work stress have a significant and positive effect on the work spirit of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency with sig. Score F < 5% (0.000 < 0,05). In conclusion, work conflict and work stress are the factors which affect the spirit at work with 61.7%, while the other percentage 38.3% is affected by the other factors which are not becoming research object from this study.

Good business performance for every business actor is a major concern to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. To be able to achieve satisfactory business performance, MSMEs must be able to carry out various strategies such as creating competitive advantage, implementing SCM Practices, and innovate. This study was conducted to see how MSME supply chain management practices, competitive advantage, and innovation affect the Business Performance of Snack MSMEs in Padang City. The population of this research is snack food SMEs assisted by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Padang City, with a total sample of 130 SMEs. Research data were collected using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a multiple regression analysis approach with SPSS ver software. 24. The results show that (1) competitive advantage has a significant effect on business performance, (2) SCM Practicessignificant effect on business performance, and (3) innovation has no significant effect on business performance. In Padang City snack SMEs, competitive advantage, SCM Practices and innovation have an influence of 87.7% on MSME business performance.

Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4) determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction with the Organization Citizenship Behavior. The research sample consisted of 35 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, after which a validity and reliability test was performed using SPSS Software. The data analysis technique is done by multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show: 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior; 2) organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4)organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on Organization Citizenship Behavior.Keywords: Organizational commitment; organizational culture; job satisfaction; organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

<p>Technological advances require companies to follow and adapt to technological developments and require companies to move with existing changes. Companies need a strategy to have a competitive advantage and improve organizational performance in dealing with these conditions. The study empirically tested the effect of mediating supply chain management (SCM) implementation on the relationship between Organizational performance and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The sample of this study were employees of PT. Semen Padang is involved in the supply chain management process and runs an enterprise resource planning system with 100 employees. The results of data processing using PLS-SEM showed a positive and significant effect in the direct relationship between ERP to SCM and SCM to performance. Furthermore, SCM mediates the relationship between ERP and company performance.</p>
