The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees. The sampel using purpose sampling technique, the study analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software Smart PLS 2 basaed variance.From the result of the regression in obtai n(1) the result and research shows that the positive effect of work ability and significantly to job satisfaction. (2) the result of the analysis of the influence of work on perpormance capabilities of employees shows there is significant and positive influence amongst (3) he working the analysisand the research shows there is a positive and significant influance between the motivation of working towards job satisfaction the thirtd hypothesis as proven the result of (4) the analysis on the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the working motivation afects so (9) this hypotesis proved the result on the analysis the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yasebanyak 232 karyawan, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 2 berbasis varians. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep

The contribution of SMEs to economic growth is supported by the development of the sharia economy by the government, making SMEs one of the main pillars in Indonesia’s economic development. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the digital economy, financial literacy, human capital, the role of Islamic financial institutions, government support for strengthening the Islamic economy and the Islamic financial performance of SMEs in Makassar City, Indonesia. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 350 respondents with a sampling method. The results of this study indicated that the strengthening of the sharia economy, the Islamic financial performance of SMEs, economic digitalization and financial literacy are determined by factors of human capital, the role of Islamic financial institutions and government support. Regarding human capital, the roles of Islamic financial institutions and government support affect the Islamic financial performance of SMEs with a coefficient of determination of 58.5%. Human capital, the role of Islamic financial institutions, government support and financial performance have a positive correlation with the strengthening of the sharia economy with a coefficient of determination of 71.6%. This study supports the improvement of government policies and the construction of financial facilities in improving the Islamic financial performance of SMEs and encourages the strengthening of the sharia economy in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The limitation of this research is that the research object was only carried out on SMEs in Makassar City; thus, similar research can be increased at the national level to describe the strengthening of the sharia economy and the improvement of the financial performance of SMEs as a whole in Indonesia.

Research to analyze the influence of the creativity and innovation of business actors on the sustainability of food and beverage processing business actors. This research analyzes the influence of creativity on business continuity through food and beverage processing business actors in the Maros Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the explanatory method. The population in the food and beverage processing industry in Maros Regency is 476. This study uses the Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 217 units or business actors in the food and beverage processing industry—data collection techniques through questionnaires with data analysis techniques using structural equation model analysis. The results of the study show that innovation has a significant impact on business actors. This indicates that the higher the level of creation, the more significant the increase in food and beverage processing business actors in the Maros Regency. The innovations they have can have a tangible impact on increasing the sustainability of the food and beverage processing business in Maros Regency. The results of this study indicate that the influence of business actors has significantly increased the sustainability of the food and beverage processing business and increased the regional economy. Business actors can create creativity for the sustainability of food and beverage processing businesses in the Maros Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Profesi, Kompetensi dan Kerjasama Tim APIP pada kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Etika Profesi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan, Kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan serta Kerjasama Tim memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan pada BKPSDM Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Professional Ethics, Competence and Teamwork of APIP on the quality of the Supervision Report. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that Professional Ethics had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports, Competence had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports and Teamwork had a positive influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports at the BKPSDM Regional Inspectorate Office, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi, pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai Provinsi Papua. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, Populasi dan sampel adalah 56 orang pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data hasil penelitian akan dianalisis melalui alat uji statistik dengan menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai  Provinsi Papua. Motivasi memberikan dorongan kepada pegawai untuk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga mening-katkan penyelesaian tugas dan kewajiban yang telah diberikan kepada pegawai. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan sig-nifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai  Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai  Provinsi Papua. Sikap kedisiplinan pegawai mem-berikan fungsi lebih membentuk kinerja yang optimal  yang dapat dilihat dari semangat Datang tepat waktu (on time) pada setiap hari kerja. Ke-pemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai Provinsi Papua. Sikap kepemimpinan dalam pribadi pegawai dan kemampuan memimpin atasan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif  kepada pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam mempercepat menyelesaikan tugasnya   This research aims to study, analyze and interpret, motivate, advance, integrate, advance, and advance performance. Leadership attitude in the person and the ability to lead superiors are able to make a positive contribution to employees in improving their performance in improving completing their duties.
