This research aims at examining and determining the effect of experience quality on tourists’ behavioral intention either directly or by perceived value, happiness, and tourist satisfaction. The sample in this research includes 227 tourists visiting Dodola Island using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method to test the hypothesis in this research is SEM-PLS. The results show that Experience Quality, Tourist Satisfaction, and Happiness had positive and significant effects on Tourists’ Behavior Intention. Meanwhile, Perceived value did not have any significant effect on Tourist Behavioral Intention as Perceived Value was not able to act as a mediator on the effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention. On the other hand, Perceived Value variable had a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction. Therefore, the increase in Tourist Satisfaction sourced from Perceived Value could affect behavioral intention. The results of further research also show that Tourist Satisfaction and Happiness could partially mediate the effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experience quality, perceived value and happiness on behavioral intention. The study also examines the mediating role of perceived value and happiness on the effect of experience quality on behavioral intention. The samples of the study were 220 Indonesian tourists who have traveled to Dodola island or those who are currently travelling in Dodola Island Destination. This study used purposive sampling techniques using the following criteria: (1) have traveled to Dodola Island; (2). are currently travelling in Dodola Island; (3). Have a minimum age of 18 years old. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the experience quality has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, perceived value and happiness. Then the perception of value and happiness had a positive and significant effect on intention to behave. The results of this study also indicate that the perception of value and happiness can act as a partial mediation of the influence of the experience quality on behavioral intention.
The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the committee as a deliberative body, as a supporting body, as a controlling body and as a liaison body in school-based management at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Ternate. Descriptive qualitative research method with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis research data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The subjects of this study were school committees and school principals. The research results showed that: 1). The school committee as a deliberative body was quite good in terms of school planning, program planning (curriculum, PMB and Assessment), management of educational resources (HR, S/P, Budget); 2) The school committee as a supporting body is quite good in terms of managing resources, managing facilities and infrastructure and managing the budget; 3) The school committee acts as a controller in terms of controlling educational planning, monitoring school program planning and monitoring educational output and 4) The school committee as a liaison body was quite good in terms of planning, program implementation and management of educational resources.Keywords: Performance, School Committee, School Based Management.
This study aims to determine the influence of experience quality, tourist happiness, and tourist satisfaction on behavioral intentions. This study wanted to assess the role of tourist happiness and satisfaction in mediating experience quality's influence on behavioral intentions. This study used samples of domestic tourists who had experience traveling on the island of Dodola with a total of 210, with purposive sampling techniques with several predetermined criteria: 1. Have been 18 years old when filling out the questionnaire; 2. Have traveled on the island of Dodola; 3. At the same time, traveling on the island of Dodola. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3.0. the results showed that the variables of experience quality had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions, tourist happiness, and tourist satisfaction. Furthermore, tourist happiness and tourist satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on behavioral intentions. The influence of the quality of experience on the intention of behaving.
