Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan bencana non alam penyebaran COVID-19 sebagai bencana nasional dikarenakan bencana ini berdampak meningkatnya jumlah korban jiwa, ekonomi dan luasnya wilayah yang terkena bencana ini. Ibu hamil tercatat salah satu kelompok rentan resiko terinfeksi COVID-19 dikarenakan pada masa kehamilan terjadinya perubahan fisiologi yang mengakibatkan penurunan kekebalan parsial. Pada studi awal dilakukan sebelum kegiatan ditemukannya masih banyak ibu hamil ketika beraktivitas di luar rumah ttidak sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan seperti tidak memakai masker, masih berbicara dengan tetangga tanpa menjaga jarak, dan sesekali tanpak masih ikut dalam kerumunan dan tingginya tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil pada era pandemi COVID-19 ini. Kecemasan yang di tunjukkan oleh ibu hamil yang diwawancarai tersebut tidak sesuai atau berbanding terbalik dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam kepatuhan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan kesehariannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu cara yakni memberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui penyuluhan dengan tujuan untuk peningkatan pemahaman upaya pencegahan Covid-19 pada ibu hamil, sehingga mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil selama pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Balai Pengobatan Swasta Mariana, Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapati adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu hamil dalam upaya pencegahan COVID-19, adanya penurunan kecemasan ibu hamil selama kehamilan di era pandemi COVID-19, perlu dilakukan kegiatan serupa secara berkesinambungan hingga terjadi perubahan perilaku yang lebih baik. Perlu adanya pemantauan lebih lanjut atas perubahan perilaku setelah dilakukan penyuluhan ini.

The result of this research is that the production of breast milk before woolwich massage is done on postpartum mothers is less than 11 respondents (73.3%). The majority of breast milk production after woolwich massage was carried out on postpartum mothers was sufficient, namely as many as 10 respondents (66.7%). There is a significant effect between woolwich massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Marbau Health Center, Marbau District, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency in 2021, with a p value of 0.014 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between woolwich massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Marbau Health Center, Marbau District, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency in 2021. It is recommended for health service institutions that health workers and the community can use woolwich massage as an alternative relaxation method to improve and facilitate milk production
Work related to covid-19 creates a feeling of stigma attached to a person or group receiving stigma receiving discriminatory treatment from the majority group, so their environment rejects it. The method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 32 covid-19 task force people who were indicated by perceived stigma and anxiety of contracting who were carrying out tasks at 2 big Malls in Medan. The data from the study were processed using validity, reliability tests and linear regression tests to determine their relationship. The covid task force experiences anxiety of contracting, linear regression analysis is carried out to determine its relationship to performance. Based on the results there is a positive relationship between perceived stigma and the performance of the covid-19 task force, with a correlation coefficient value of t = 2.891 with p = 0.0004 (p<0.01). There is no relationship between anxiety and performance, however with a coefficient value of F = 8.763 with p = 0.000 (p<0.01) means perceived stigma and knowledge of the coronavirus with anxiety as an intervening variable together has a significant influence on performance on the covid-19 task force in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Immunization is a way to actively increase a person's immunity against an antigen, so that if one is exposed to a similar antigen, disease does not occur. Immunization is important to prevent dangerous diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge about basic immunization and anxiety at Posyandu, Pasar Baru Village, Sei Tualang Raso District in 2018. The research design used in this study is descriptive correlation which is a study of the relationship between two variables. all mothers who have toddlers in the Pasar Baru district, Kec. Sei Tualang Raso. With a population of 36 people. Data analysis using the C-Square test. Results of the research conducted on the majority of respondents with low knowledge as many as 15 people (42%). The frequency of basic immunization with anxiety was 21 people (58%). C-Square Test Results Show a (0.05) obtained X2 = 0.04 p (sig) 0.138 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about basic immunization with anxiety. So it is advisable for health workers to provide information to the public about basic immunization with anxiety levels.
