Leadership is a person�s ability to convince and motivate others to do something that are related to the common goals. The leadership involved the process of convincing in determining the goal of organization, motivating the attitude of the participator to reach the goal, convincing to improve their group and culture. Leadership is a formal position, that ask to get facilities and services from the constituents that should be served. Although among the leaders that when they are inaugurated said that the position is a trust, but in fact, there is very little or it can be said almost no leader that truly implementing the leadership from their heart, that is a serving leader. Even that needs to be a note here is how a leader must have a vision in building an independent soul, views, thoughts, attitudes and behaviors of all of the people at one the leader in order to be oriented to the progress and modern, so Indonesia become a big nation and be able to have competition with the other nations in the world. A truly leader always worked hard to improve himself before the leader busy to improve the others. The leader is not only a title or position that given from the outside but something that it grows and evolves from the inside of the person.
The result of the analysis of the studyshows the lack of educational condition related to Information Technology (IT) especially for orphanage children. Community service activities aim to provide computer training as a form of character development in the field of education. The subjects of community service activities are the children at the Mujahidin Orphanage in Anjir Serapat Village, Kapuas Timur Sub-District, Kapuas District, with 11 members. Training activities are supported by lecture methods, frequently asked questions and direct practice of using computer applications with the help of training modules provided to the participants as a tool in practice. The results showed that computer training can give knowledge and understanding for orphaned children in computer skills in the mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint and can foster the values of educational characters in themselves such as curiosity, creative, hard work, and communicative.
This study aims to: (1) describe the learning activities of students with the use of varied lecture methods with assignments and question and answer; (2) to find out the improvement in student learning outcomes in economic subjects with the use of lecture methods varies with the assignment of assignments and question and answer at Katingan Hilir Kasongan State Senior High School. The method in this study is qualitative and quantitative methods with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS with a total of 23 students. Data collection techniques in this study were using observation and tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses percentages. The results showed that: (1) with the use of lecture methods varied with assignments and question and answer students became more active, this was evidenced by the data obtained, namely in cycle I 2.5 and had entered the criteria enough and in the implementation of the second cycle of 2.9 and has achieved good criteria, (2) With the use of lecture methods vary with the assignment of tasks and question and answer, there is an increase in student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the percentage of student learning outcomes in the first cycle which is equal to 78, 26%, namely as many as 18 students who complete and in the implementation of the second cycle that is achieving class completeness where students who complete as many as 23 students or 100% complete. This means that the use of the lecture method varies with the assignment of assignments and question and answer can improve student learning outcomes on economic subjects.
This study aims to describe learning activities and improve learning outcomes. The method used in this study is to use a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design that seeks to overcome the problems faced in the current situation. The subjects needed in this study were students of class XI-10 Palangkaraya 4 High School, totaling 35 students, for data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Data analysis consists of qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study show that: (1) Student learning activities are good. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the average score of learning activities of students in the first cycle obtaining an average score of 3.77 with the criteria of Good. (2) There is an increase in learning outcomes. This can be proven by the acquisition of the average score of the students in the pre-cycle there is no complete (0.00%) got a value of unwilling 75 with unfavorable criteria. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the average score of learning activities of students in the first cycle obtaining an average score of 3.77 with completeness (100%) or getting a value of = 75 with the criteria Good.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan aktivitas peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran IPA dengan media berbasis visual, (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan media berbasis visual. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 9 Langkai Palangka Raya tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih baik setelah menggunakan media audio visual, dan (2) peningkatan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik setelah menggunakan media berbasis visual dibuktikan dengan hasil ratarata siklus I yaitu 69,16 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 50%, meningkat menjadi 87,72 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 100% pada siklus II
