The shift in economic orientation from manufacturing to a creative economy provides new potential for improving the national economy. Indonesia has the opportunity and potential to develop a creative economy, particularly given its cultural diversity and abundance of human resources. In order to seize these opportunities, the City Government of Cimahi created the Cimahi Technopark through Perwal No.14 of 2018 concerning Cimahi Technopark as a Science and Technology Area, in the context of utilizing human resources to provide solutions for the limited availability of natural resources. The research objective was to analyze the implementation of agile governance at Cimahi Technopark in developing the creative economy. This was descriptive research utilizing qualitative methods. Data were collected using structured interviews, a literature review and unstructured observations in the research location. The results showed that Cimahi Technopark reflected the concept of agile government, even though there were some deficiencies in its implementation. In order to improve public services, the City of Bandung as one of the cities in Indonesia that has implemented a smart city is increasingly trying to optimize its services, including health services, one of which is in dealing with the problem of stunting. Where in 2020, the stunting rate in the city of Bandung increased to 8.86%. To that end, the Bandung City government created the Bandung Tanginas program (Tanggap Stunting Dengan Pangan Aman Dan Sehat) which is a program aimed at enabling the City of Bandung to become a City with Zero News Stunting. Therefore, the goal to be achieved in this research is to find out how to optimize the Tanginas Program in Bandung City from a Smart city Perspective. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of the Tanginas program in the city of Bandung seen from the smart city perspective is still not optimal. This is based on the limited amount of healthy food intake, population density, lack of green open space and the lack of use of information technology.
The Covid-19 vaccination is one of the efforts of the Indonesian government to reduce morbidity and mortality due to the Covid-19 virus that hit Indonesia. In addition, this policy aims to create herd immunity in Indonesian society. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, as the leading sector of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia, continues to disseminate policies so that target groups can see, understand, and prepare to implement this policy. The @kemenkes_ri account, managed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, is used as one of the communication strategies in communicating this policy. Public acceptance of this policy is very diverse, as seen from the comments made in several publications at @kemenkes_ri about Covid-19 vaccination. This study aims to analyze the audience's acceptance and meaning of the Covid-19 vaccination policy information submitted through the @kemenkes_ri account. The method used in this research is using the qualitative interpretive method with a constructivist approach and reception analysis of Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding model. Data collection in this study was obtained by conducting semi-structured interviews and analyzing @kemenkes_ri Instagram feed uploads. Public acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia is divided into three groups: hegemonic dominant positions, hegemonic negotiating positions, and hegemonic opposition positions. The three audience groups have different meaning constructions regarding the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia.
