Contrasting images that are not good because they are too bright or too dark cannot provide good information. Therefore, a method is needed to improve the image quality, so that the information in the image can be conveyed properly. Contrast stretching is one of the methods for improving image quality. With this method is expected to produce a new image that is better. The purpose of this research is to apply contrast stretching method to an application or software that can be used to improve image quality. Data used in this study in the form of grayscale image data and RGB imagery (true color), with the format . BMP or .JPG, while the application development uses the Matlab programming language.The results of the study, contrast stretching method can be used to repair image that affects bad or poor image quality such as too bright / dark image, less sharp image, blurry, and so on. Contrast stretching method can also be used to improve image enhancement by leveling the histogram that was collected in an area, so that the information contained in the image is more clearly visible compared to the original image.
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of four types of entomopathogenic fungi isolated from Ae. aegypti mosquitoes from Bandar Lampung to the mortality of adult stages of Ae. aegypti mosquitoes. This research was conducted in October 2018-January 2019 at the Microbiology Laboratory of FMIPA, University of Lampung. This research using factorial completely randomized design with two factor treatment. The first factor is type of isolate (Mucor sp., Penicillium sp., IL3 (unidentified), Aspergillus sp.) and second faktor is dilution (control, 10 (without dilution), 10-1, 10-2, 10-3). Data were analyzed using ANOVA. If there are significant differences, then it is continued by the Duncan Test at the level of 5%. The results showed that the four types of fungi (Mucor sp., Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp. and IL3) were able to cause mortality of Ae. aegypti mosquitoes with the highest killing power was in Mucor sp. 10 (without dilution) is 43.33%. But the most effective is Mucor sp. 10-3 because the highest dilution has been able to cause mosquito mortality by 30%. Key words: Ae. aegypti, DHF, entomopathogenic fungi, isolate, dilution.
ABSTRAK Di sekolah masih banyak ditemukan efektivitas keja guru yang belum sesuai dengan harapan tujuan pendidikan nasional, seperti rerata hasil Ujian Nasional yang masih rendah, serta prosentasi outcome juga masih rendah. hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti lemahnya ; keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, pelayanan tenaga administrasi, dan sarana parasarana lainnya. Maka perlu diadakan penelitian pengaruh keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan pelayanan tenaga administrasi terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1), dan Pelayanan tenaga administrasi (X2) terhadap Efektivitas kerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi berjumlah 961 orang guru SMAN di Kabupaten Indramayu. Pengolahan datanya menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh informasi ; (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap efektivitas kerja guru (Y), dengan besaran pengaruhnya 33%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelayanan tenaga administrasi (X2) terhadap efektivitas kerja guru (Y), dengan besaran pengaruhnya 22%.
The purpose of this study is to analyze students’ mathematics learning activities and outcomes using mathematics instruction assisted by ICT mathematical Bagatrix software and PowerPoint. This study is a classroom action research in three cycles, on a linear equation of one variable (LEOV) and involves 20 seventh grade students of SMP Citra Cemara in Bandung. The study found that students’ mathematics learning activities increased during each cycle, likewise, students’ mathematics learning outcomes and percentage of the number of students who reached mastering LEOV (more than 70% out of ideal score) heightened at end of each cycle. Another finding is that students perform positive opinion toward implementation of mathematics instruction assisted by ICT mathematical Bagatrix software and PowerPoint.
