The present research aims to analyze the need for the Probing Prompting model in social studies learning to improve students' critical thinking skills during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study employs qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach (Moleong, 2014). The data collection technique used is documentation that involves the study of some books, journals, and the regulation that is issued by the Minister of Education and Culture regarding learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results in the study show that there are various problems experienced during the social studies learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The problems found are (1) The social studies learning during the Covid-19 pandemic still employs conventional models, (2) Teachers assign tasks to students without providing learning materials, and (3) The social studies learning only focuses on completing materials and learning outcomes in the cognitive aspects. Therefore, the Probing Prompting model can be used as a solution and reference for teachers in the social studies learning process. The reason is that Probing Prompting model is proven to be able to improve the quality of social studies learning and improve students' critical thinking skills that are undeniably required in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
This study aims to know the effect of brand awareness, subjective norms toward the repurchase interest of cosmetics brand of Wardah. The type of this study was associative. Associative study is a study that aims to know the effect or relationship between two or more variables. This study analyzes the effect of brand awareness and subjective norms toward repurchase interest of cosmetic brand of Wardah in Rukun Jaya outlet. The data in this study were quantitative and qualitative data and source of data was primary. The number of sample were 30 samples. The techniques to collect data were through observation and questionnaire while data analysis technique was Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, f-test and R2. The results of the multiple regression equation dependent study stated that brand awareness (X1) and subjective norms (X2) had positive and significant effect toward repurchase interest (Y). The results of the t-test stated that t-value > t-table (2.274 > 2.051) it means that brand awareness (X1) had effect and significant toward repurchase interest (Y). The results of the t-test state that t-value > t-table (11,494 > 2.051) it means that the subjective norm (X2) had effect and significant toward repurchase interest (Y). The results of the f-test was f-value > f-table (71.072 > 3.340) it means that brand awareness (X1) and subjective norms (X2) had effect and significant toward repurchase interest (Y). The results of the R2 test was of 0.840, it means that brand awareness (X1) and subjective norms (X2) had effect of 84%, the remaining of 16% was affected by other variables.
This study aims to analyze the factors of production on sales productivity at Langsung Enak Bakery in 2017-2021. This type of research is associate research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables to be examined are labor and raw material variables as independent variables (X) and sales productivity variables as the dependent variable (Y). The data used is quantitative data in the form of the number of workers, the cost of raw materials and the number of sales for the last five years, namely 2017-2021, which were obtained from documents and archives contained in the Langsung Enak Bakery company at Sumbawa Besar. The data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques which include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that labor and raw materials have a positive and significant effect on sales productivity at Langsung Enak Bakery Sumbawa Besar, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of labor and raw materials on sales productivity at Langsung Enak Bakery Sumbawa Besar is 93.6%, while the remaining 6.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as product quality, price, location, promotion and others.
