Management of the Wan Abdul Rahman Tahura Area to be effective requires the participation and role of related parties. Community forest management partnership is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of community forest farmers. Community forest management has been identified as having great potential to improve the sustainability of the forest function. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of collaboration between institutions in supporting the sustainability of Tahura Wan Abdul Rahman to support ecotourism in the province of Lampung. The inter-institutional collaborative strategy carried out for the preservation of the Tahura area in Support of Ecotourism is 1. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders in managing forest potential and ecotourism. 2 Inventory of biodiversity potential inside and outside the area and the preparation of design for natural tourism sites in the utilization zone involving the community 3 Synergizing regional development policies and programs in the buffer zone of Tahura 4 Developing community empowerment programs around Tahura by involving stakeholders from relevant institutions 5 Encouraging multi-stakeholder cooperation through multi-sectoral forums in supporting the management of the Tahura area 6 Management of tourism potential inside and outside the community-based area in a synergistic manner.
Persoalan sampah adalah masalah klasik yang dialami hampir seluruh kota di Indonesia bahkan di dunia. Tulisan ini hendak menggambarkan peluang keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan lain, selain pemerintah daerah dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kota Metro. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Untuk konteks kota Metro, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Metro belum maksimal dalam proses implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Metro Nomor 8 Tahun 2015 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah, serta minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat/komunitas dan sektor bisnis.
The objective of this research is to analyze the emotional effect on consumer satisfaction and word of mouth intention in hair industry context. Emotions component are positive and negative affect. Positive affectivity refers to positive emotions and expression, including cheerfulness, pride, enthusiasm, energy, and joy. Negative affectivity is negative emotions and expression, which includes sadness, disgust, lethargy, fear, and distress. Using AMOS and field study to examine hipotheses model which is developed from previous study. Study results show that positive and negative affect that play a large role in consumer buying decision. Positive Affect have positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and word of mouth intention. However, Negative Affect have negative effect on consumer satisfactiion. In Contrast, Negative effect have positive effect on word of mouth intention. Moreover, Consumer satisfaction have greater contribution in expalining consumer WOM intention. The findings shows that it is important for practical implication to emphasize customer satisfaction as a strategic lever for enhancing business performance is a widespread business practice.
Farms and plantations have the potential to thrive in various Lampung locations, including Pesawaran, Pringsewu, South Lampung, Tulang Bawang, and Bandar Lampung city. Lampung Province has a reasonably significant and abundant potential for agricultural natural resources, including the potential for agricultural business development, as shown in the development of banana, corn, cassava, and oyster mushroom production. One of the manufacturers is Lampung Province. Poultry farming is one of the most popular enterprises in the livestock sector, because it can be started on a small size and scaled up to a large scale. Laiding hens, quail cultivation, ducks, and catfish farming are some of the livestock sub-key sector's commodities in Lampung Province. The goal of this research is to identify the potential of livestock and plantation businesses in various locations of Lampung, revenue and income, features of business feasibility, and whether or not business developments in these areas are practicable. This research method employs a quantitative description method. This survey activity employs a direct approach with observation and interview techniques as a data gathering instrument. The information gathered is both primary and secondary. Based on the findings of the identification of business opportunities in the livestock and plantation sectors conducted in various locations throughout Lampung, it can be concluded that all of the businesses studied in this study are viable to pursue in terms of BEP, ROI, R/C Ratio, and Payback Periods.
