The arrangement of personal data protection in national law is stipulated explicitly in the regulation of the Minister of the Ministry of communication and  Informasi  No. 20 of 2016 on the protection of personal data. In Indonesia, there are no rules that accommodate the protection of personal data on financial technology. That can be hazardous when the economic response of technology is not limited to its use. The case of personal data is not contained in the case of a Such hazard that may arise. The case from the theft of personal data, damage to the system that may allow the occurrence of data breaches, misuse of personal data that has been the business ruled itself, or other parties who may access personal consumer data (such as government). The need to set this up is important because private data is a person's privacy right. Still, it can fundamentally be economically valuable for a third party who is about to take advantage of it.

Abstract The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is an institution that has the functions, duties and authority to regulate, supervise, examine and investigate. In addition OJK also has the duty and authority to protect consumers throughout the financial services sector. The grant would be an outright gift from the giver to the gritty and while the giver was still alive. The purpose of this research is to provide information regarding the legality of the grants under the hands and anything that might invalidate the grant. The study method used in this study was normative-juridical with a constitutional approach. The results of this study are under his hands still valid, but at the time of registration according to page no.24 of 1997 still have to use a deed made by ppat. Then the reason for the cancellation of the grant itself is not only admissible in article 1688 code civil, but there is another reason for the cancellation of grants such as administrative law cacies, grants exceeding the limit of legitme portie, and so on.
