The research information system Web-based Employee performance assessment aims to: 1) Designing a new system to improve a system that is being used today by KANTOR CAMAT RANTAU UTARA. 2) Makes a the website can be used by agencies to know the performance of the employees of the Office of the head of the northern region 3) increasing knowledge for the author and address problems that are being faced by companies/agencies. 4) as reference materials for research project next. As for the programming used in the writing of this research is programming websites using MySQL database and PHP, and Sublime Text for the creation of a php script. From the results of testing against the proposed system it can be stated that: 1) the proposed System can assist superiors in knowing the performance of officials in the exercise of his duties; 2) Supervisor can tell if employees carry out work according to his duties; 3) process data processing employees more quickly and accurately Keywords: Assessment, performance, PNS, PHP and MySQL.
Abstract. This paper present the result of simulation coupled series triple quantum dot (CSTQD) compared with an experiment that had been done recently. This Simulation shows the part of stability diagram of CSTQD as shown as in the experiment. The stability diagram from the simulation is almost given the similar result to the experiment. The target of the simulation and experiment are investigating the impact of coupling capacitor to the stability diagram. The experiment used various parameters of capacitor, and the simulation used the value of capacitor as the result of experiment. This simulation use SIMON (Single Electron Simulation), it's also shown the characteristics of coupled series triple quantum dot by giving various value of capacitor, resistance and potential difference at each gate and each drain.
Smart wearables as a part of the Internet of Things nowadays gaining confidence in our daily lives because of its accessibility and simplicity. Today, with the outbreak of Coronavirus around the world, a smart wearable device can become another solution to help slowing the virus spreading by ensuring public health and social measures. In this paper, a system consisting of distance detector and touchless door access is proposed to help the personal, physical and social distancing measures practice in a public indoor area. A BLE positioning method based on RSSI localization is used to ensure the physical distancing around the user. WPA2 and MAC address-based authentication for the touchless door access is used to restrict and trace the visitor of the indoor area. The system is implemented in ESP microcontroller. A proof of concept is conducted to see if the functionality of the system already satisfied the public health and social measures practice. The results show that only registered devices can give a signal to open the door and the device can guarantee the physical distance around the user with 4.51% error in indoor area.
