Postharvest handling is recommended to maintain the quality of crop commodities. Brassicaceae is the most popular commodities. The postharvest handling of the Brassicaceae is important to maintain the quality and freshness up to the hand of consumers. This research was conducted to observe the effect of storage temperature on the quality of Brassicaceaeafter seven day of storage. The water content analysis was performed using the gravimetric method, weight loss was analyzed using the weight difference percentage method, respiration rate was analyzed using the CO2 absorption method and continued with titration, Vitamin C content was analyzed using the idiometric titration method, chlorophyll and carotenoids were analyzed using spectroscopy methods using DMSO reagent.Storage of Brassicaceaein the freezer can maintain freshness and good product quality based on low carotenoid content, respiration rate and tissue weight loss value.
Penelitian ini melakukan modifikasi seleksi “ear to row” pada jagung yang diubah menjadi “spike to hole” untuk penyesuaian pada tanaman gandum. Modifikasi yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sekaligus menyeleksi dan mengelompokan potensi benih gandum Australia yang didapat dengan metode ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk data deskriptif disertai gambar dokumentasi tanaman gandum Australia yang ditanam dalam penelitian ini. Setidaknya didapatkan 4 tipe gandum Australia yang berpontesi untuk dikembangkan pada iklim tropis Indonesia. Keempat tipe gandum yang didapat dalam penelitian ini memiliki kode tipe 1, tipe 2, tipe 1a, dan tipe 2a. Perbedaan keempat tipe gandum Australia dalam penelitian ini terlihat secara visual, yaitu pada tipe 1 memiliki warna malai tua berwarna kuning pucat sedangkan pada tipe 2 memiliki warna kuning emas yang terlihat lebih pekat. Pada tipe 1 dan tipe 2 juga memiliki umur panen pada 113HST lebih awal disbandingkan tipe 1a dan tipe 2a. Secara visual tipe 1a dan tipe 2a memiliki ciri yang serupa dengan tipe 1 dan tipe 2, hanya saja pada umur panen gandum tipe 1a dan 2a lebih lamat 14 hari yaitu pada 127HST.
Prospective accountants need to prepare a strategy in choosing a career path before becoming an accountant. One strategy that can be done is to improve the quality of human resources. As a school that has a goal to prepare students who are ready to work, the Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in accounting is also one of the cornerstones for the world of work to design prospective accountants. The purpose of this study is to analyze accounting practices, student interests and student motivation in increasing readiness to become prospective accountants. This research is a quantitative study, using a regression test. This study uses a population of all vocational students majoring in accounting in Salatiga. The sample of this study used 66 respondents from SMKs in Salatiga. Sample selection is based on purposive sampling. The results of this study are the second hypothesis is accepted, while the first hypothesis and third hypothesis are rejected. Interest is still a strong driving force, and as an encouragement to an accountant, it is believed that he will optimize the work readiness of the respondents.
