This study aims to produce a Smash badminton punch learning model through video tutorials, as a learning media tool. Research and Development (R & D) model development research method, the subject of this study were 60 students. This development research was conducting with the following steps: (1) preliminary study phase, (2) expert validation, (3) testing product, and (4) creating the final product. Data were collected by using instruments: (1) initial product validation, (2) observation questionnaire for trainers and material experts, and (3) student response observation sheets. The result of this study in a video tutorial video of the badminton smash punch learning model, namely: (1) basic smash learning variations without really using and using, (2) learning variations of smash blows without jumping, (3) learning variations of smash jump punches, and (4) variations smash learning in pairs.
The purpose of the study. To determine the magnitude of increase in learning outcomes obtained forehand drive class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Binjai 2019/2020 through inclusion of teaching styles. Materials and methods. The sample in this study were 38 students of class VIII. To analyze the data in this study and to find out the results seen from the students' completeness individually and classically. The research method used is a classroom action research method. In this study, a learning outcome test was carried out in the form of a portfolio, with the inclusive teaching style method, then a learning outcome test was held in cycle I and cycle II in the form of performing the basic technique of Forehand Drive Punch. Results. The results of the initial tests conducted on class VIII students of SMP N 9 Binjai. Of the 38 students there were 11 students (27.64%) who had reached the level of mastery learning with an average value of student learning outcomes of 64.90%. The results of the first cycle, there were 19 students (50%) of 38 students, who had reached the level of completeness of learning with an average value of student learning outcomes 68.41%. In cycle II there are 33 students (86.84%) of 38 students who have reached the level of learning completeness with an average value of 80.04. Conclusions. The results of the initial tests of student learning to do the first cycle and the second cycle increased, danpat said through inclusion style of teaching can improve student learning outcomes.
The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition of the Athletics athletes of KONI Medan in preparation for the Sports Week of Nort Sumatera Province in 2022. This research method was a descriptive method. The sampling technique used is total sampling with 15 athletes. This research design uses pre-test – post-test, the instruments used are test and measurement. The data analysis technique used is the percentage. The results of the study showed that the initial test results were 83%, the average second test results were 87 % and there was an average increase of 4% in the physical condition of the KONI Medan Athletics athletes Preparation for the Sports Week of North Sumatera province in 2022. It can be concluded that the exercises carried out so far have a positive impact on the physical condition of the Athletics athletes of KONI Medan Preparation for the Sports Week of North Sumatra Province in 2022.
This study aims to trace the achievements of athletes from several sports. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. In this study, the subjects of the study were athletes who were still actively training. The results showed that the social agent aspect had an impact on athlete achievement, namely: parents (74%) in the good category, coaches (81%) in the good category, teachers (78%) in the good category, peers (74%) in the good category. good environment (87%) in very good category, mass media (78%) in good category, and the correlation between social agent and achievement is 80% in good category. Based on the research results, each of these social agents has a role in achievement. High or low athlete achievement is not only the social agent aspect that influences it. Achievement was created from many factors that influence it.
