The development of information technology is increasingly advanced and fast. Many technologies enter into other fields such as agriculture. With the development of technology, the agricultural sector has also experienced developments in the pattern of farming without soil media, known as hydroponics. Hydroponics requires irrigation through pipes that are flowed by an electric pump that is operated manually. There needs to be a standby human power to operate it. It is possible that humans can be negligent and cause the irrigation system to be disrupted so that the plants die. Making the pump run automatically is a way to reduce the occurrence of these problems. This automatic pump system will be controlled by a microcontroller to irrigate the plants automatically and can meet the required nutrient sources. One of the implementations of an irrigation control system is that it is necessary to keep water and nutrients in accordance with the right size for certain plants. With an automatic irrigation system on hydroponic plants, it can save energy and make it easier to work in caring for plants with hydroponic growing media. One of the technologies used is the Arduino IDE application. To connect with sensor tools and website applications, a microcontroller is needed as a control center. Making website applications using the PHP programming language. As for the microcontroller using the C + + programming language.
Peramalan merupakan alat bantu yang penting dalam perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu metode time series dalam peramalan objektif adalah metode exponential smoothing yang merupakan suatu prosedur yang secara terus menerus memperbaiki peramalan dengan merata-ratakan (menghaluskan = smoothing) nilai masa lalu dari suatu data runtut waktu dengan cara menurun (exponential). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meramalkan jumlah penerimaan cukai hasil tembakau di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Blitar dengan menggunakan metode triple exponential smoothing dengan mencari kesalahan terkecil menggunakan MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation), MSE (Mean Square Error) dan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) yang diuji dengan nilai konstanta . Cukai hasil tembakau merupakan pendapatan negara yang dikelola melalui mekanisme anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara memiliki peran yang cukup penting dan strategis dalam pembiayaan program dan kinerja pemerintah serta pembangunan di seluruh wilayah negara kesatuan Republik Indonesia secara terencana, tertib, aman, adil, dan berkesinambungan, sehingga terwujud kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan rakyat. Implementasi matematika untuk diterapkan pada data statistika sangat diperlukan terlebih untuk meramalkan penerimaan kas Negara kedepannya. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing yang menggunakan nilai konstanta sampai dengan . Hasil dari pengujian ini menghasilkan nilai kesalahan terkecil dengan nilai konstanta dengan hasil MAPE 0,27%.
Blitar district has become one of the many cities in Java the land situation is largely a good soil of vuikanik to be used as farmland. Agriculture is one of the priority sectors in Blitar district and is supported by culture, geographical conditions and the number of people whose livelihoods are farmers.Hence, it requires a way of knowing where a region might have a potential paddy commodity. It is hoped that the government of blitar will be able to make the best use of the number of paddy commodities produced in blitar district with the many farmers available. A rough set is able to produce information with a rule pattern (rule) which can determine the potential areas for paddy commodities in Blitar district by using factors of harvested area, production amount, and number of farmers per sub-district. This research is not only done analytically but also help from Rosetta's software to test analytic data analysis use rough set. The result of this study is rule as many as 38 rule that can explain the possibility of stake based on the 3 decision attributes: potential, low potential, and not potential. For those areas there is a good chance paddy commodity potential area based on the rules that have been formed is area have a large crop, a large amount of paddy produced, and a small number of farmers.
