Hope is a defining element of effort, social change, awareness, and reason. The object of hope is a life that more complete, a life that greater, deliverance from eternal boredom, or for salvation or for revolution. Hope is paradoxical. Hope is a form of feeling associated with the time dimension. Everyone has different hope in life. However, sometimes we may find people with no hope. Humans who have no hope known as passive-apathetic people, while people who have hope as people who will always make themselves optimistic-active.This is an open access article under the CC-BY-SA license.
Child education holds a major influence on the child's future. Today, many children who are damaged morally even have many problems in the world of child education. As a result children deviate even fall into criminal acts. To foster children's education in the aspects of family, school and society it is important for educators to introduce these three aspects. In introducing these three aspects, there must have been a lot of thoughts of figures discussing children's education, one of which was Zakiah Daradjat. Zakiah Daradjat is the only thinker who instills the concept of education based on Islamic scholarship on children's education in families, schools and communities. He is a female figure in Indonesia who has put a lot of attention in various fields including education, morals, the lives of children, youth, teachers, families and schools. The results of this discussion are (1) the concept of children's education in the family aspect perspective Zakiah Daradjat includes parents to be role models for children, cultivation of soul and taqwa given to children, (2) the concept of child education in the school aspect perspective Zakiah Daradjat includes mental, moral guidance , religious education conducted intensively and talent then fosters children's intelligence, (3) relevance of the concept of child education in family aspects and school aspects of perspective Zakiah Daradjat with the aim of Islamic education in the family aspect is the experience received by children, in the aspect of school, namely intelligence, whereas in the aspect of society namely the achievement of education in a real society.

Tugas guru tidak hanya untukmengajar tetapi juga untuk mendidik, memelihara, membimbing danmembentuk kepribadian siswa untuk mempersiapkan dan mengembangkansumber daya manusia. Kesalahan seorang guru dalam memahami profesinyaakan berakibat pergeseran fungsi guru secara bertahap. Sehingga akanmenghasilkan hubungan antara guru dan siswa yang pada awalnyamembutuhkan satu sama lain akan berubah menjadi hubungan yang tidakacuh, tidak bahagia dan membosankan.
The most crucial factor for a teacher is to have four competencies, including pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. This study focused on professional competence. Professional competency ability is the teacher's competence in mastering broad and in-depth learning material that allows guiding students to meet competency standards. Teacher professional competence has the direct mastery of the scientific structure of subjects that are taken care of broadly and deeply so that it can help teachers guide students to master their knowledge or skills optimally. Based on the data collection process, an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the development of teacher professional competence will at MTs Darul Huda Mayak Ponorogo, and strategic competency quality offers at Madrasah MTs Darul Huda Mayak Ponorogo.
Semen village Muhammadiyah Branch is a branch that has several programs, especially on social humanity and its position is under the Muhammadiyah Branch of Paron District. Over the past 10 years, it has shown its existence in social, religious, educational and humanitarian fields, especially for orphans, even though there are too few people in Semen village who are members of Muhammadiyah, their human spirit is very high. Muhammadiyah is an Islamic da'wah movement that aims to uphold the religion of Islam so that the realization of Muslims who are rahmatallil'alamin and can implement the ideals of the Muhammadiyah organization to become an Islamic forum. This charity activity for orphans is a form of our affection or concern for the lives of orphans who are so noble in front of Rasulullah Muhammad SAW. The research method used is field research, the type of approach is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from interviews, documentation and observations were then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. According to the results of research data, it can be interpreted that the Muhammadiyah branch of Semen village has the capacity to manage compensation for orphans. The form of the implementation is in the form of giving compensation to orphans which is held twice a year, namely at the Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW event and the halal bi halal event for Eid al-Fitr. Provision of compensation from the age of 1 month to 12 years. Abstract: Pada dasarnya Ranting Muhammadiyah Desa Semen merupakan ranting yang mempunyai beberapa program, khususnya pada sosial kemanusiaan dan posisinya berada dibawah Cabang Muhammadiyah Kecamatan Paron. Selama 10 tahun belakangan ini telah menunjukkan eksistensinya di sosial keagamaan, pendidikan dan kemanusiaan khususnya uanak yatim, walaupun masyarakat desa Semen yang menjadi anggota Muhammadiyah masih terlalu sedikit, akan tetapi jiwa kemanusiaanya sangat tinggi. Muhammadiyah adalah gerakan dakwah Islam bertujuan untuk menegakkan agama Islam sehingga terwujudnya umat Islam yang rahmatallil’alamin serta dapat mengimplementasikan cita-cita organisasi Muhammadiyah menjadi wadah keislaman. Kegiatan santunan anak yatim ini merupakan bentuk afeksi atau perhatian kita pada kehidupan anak yatim yang begitu mulia dihadapan Rasullulah Muhammad SAW. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian lapangan, jenis pendekatan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Menurut hasil data penelitian dapat diartikan bahwa ranting Muhammadiyah desa Semen mempunyai kapasitas mengelola santunan anak Yatim. Bentuk penyelenggaraannya berupa pemberian santunan kepada anak yatim yang dilaksanakan setiap satu tahun dua kali yaitu pada acara Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW dan acara halal bi halal hari Raya Idul Fitri. Pemberian santunan mulai dari usia 1 bulan hingga 12 tahun.
