AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) pengembangan budaya Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Kasihan, Bantul dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, (2) pengintegrasian unsur penilaian pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah dasar secara utuh, (3) bentuk kegiatan siswa dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah, dan (4) hubungan pergaulan antarwarga sekolah setelah mendapatkan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode etnografik dengan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk memahami kehidupan masyarakat sekolah berdasarkan sudut pandang masyarakat sekolah yang bersangkutan.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan warga sekolah SD N Kasihan, Bantul. Sumber data penelitian adalah: (1) sumber tertulis, (2) sumber lisan, (3) artefak, (4) dokumen dan (5) rekaman. Teknik Pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan sejak, sebelum, selama, dan sesudah penelitian dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. (1) Guru dan kepala sekolah SD N Kasihan Bantul telah memahami budaya sekolah dan pendidikan karakter. (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran dengan nilai yang terkandung dalam pendidikan karakter sudah berjalan dengan baik dan signifikan dengan perkembangan perilaku siswa. (3) Kegiatan siswa telah berjalan dengan baik; siswa dapat mengikuti kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler sesuai dengan bakat dan minatnya. (4) Hubungan pergaulan antarwarga sekolah berada dalam suasana kondusif dan harmonis. The tofu industry is one of food industry which the product of organic waste to environment pollution. One of alternative methode which used to overcome tofu industrial waste water pollution is adsorption methode using activated carbon from coffee waste. The aim of this researched is to know about the activated carbon from coffee waste quality which observe of rendemen, water content, ash content, and iodium adsorption, to know optimum contact of time and pH of coffee waste to decrease ammonia, nitrite and nitrate contents in tofu industry waste water and to know decrease percentage of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate contents in tofu industrial waste water using activated carbon from coffee waste. The activated carbon made by soaking of coffee waste in HCl 0.1 M solution for 2 days. The activated carbon coaled in muffle furnace at temperature 350°C. The activated carbon analyzed consist of rendemen, water content, ash content, and iodium adsorption. Optimum contact of time and pH of coffee waste determined in order to get optimum adsorption ammonia, nitrite and nitrate in tofu industrial waste water. Contact time variation are 1, 10, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 minutes and pH variation are 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. The result showed that the activated carbon from coffee waste fulfill the criteria SNI number 06-3730-1995. The activated carbon from coffee waste could be used to decrease the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate contents in tofu industrial waste water at the optimum contact of time of 30 minutes and pH 7. Decreasing percentage of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate contents in tofu industrial waste water are 64,69% , 52,35% and 86,40% respectively.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengembangkan model AFL berbasis HOTS untuk pembelajaran bidang busana di perguruan tinggi; (2) menguji keefektifan model AFL berbasis HOTS dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan HOTS mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi bidang busana. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan HC-ADDIE modification model. Tahapan research meliputi analysis & need assessment. Tahapan development meliputi design prototype model, validasi model, uji keterbacaan, melatih dosen, uji coba terbatas dan diperluas sebagai implementation, analysis, dan evaluation melalui CAR. Tahapan diffusion meliputi diseminasi hasil penelitian melalui seminar dan jurnal. Subjek uji coba adalah mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Teknik Busana, Fakultas Teknik, UNY. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyajian data berupa tabel, grafik, dan diagram, serta menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial yaitu one-way ANOVA, dengan bantuan program Excell dan SPSS for Windows 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) model AFL berbasis HOTS berhasil dikembangkan melalui HC-ADDIE modification model; (2) model AFL berbasis HOTS terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan HOTS mahasiswa. AbstractThis study aims: (1) to develop a model of HOTS-based AFL to the teaching and learning of clothing in college; (2) to investigate the effectiveness of the developed model of HOTS-based AFL to improve understanding and HOTS of student of clothing vocational education. This study is a development research, using HC-ADDIE modification model that is the collaboration and modification of the research, development, and diffusion of Hopkins & Clark model with ISD-ADDIE model and the classroom action research. The stages of research include analysis and needs assessment. The stages of development include designing prototype models, validating model, testing reliability, training lecturer/observer, conducting limited and extended trials as implementation, analysis, and evaluation through the classroom action research. The stages of diffusion include the dissemination of research results through seminars and journals. The subjects of this study were under graduate student teachers majoring in the field of clothing of vocational education in the first semester of 2012/2013 at Clothing Technical Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. The data analysis used the descriptive statistical techniques with the presentation in the form of tables, graphs, and diagrams, as well as using inferential statistical techniques namely one-way ANOVA. The process of data analysis used Excel and SPSS for Windows 17.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The HOTSbased AFL model for the teaching and learning of clothing to the student of clothing vocational education is successfully developed through the HC-ADDIE modification model. (2) The HOTSbased AFL model is effective to improve the students' understanding and students' HOTS.
Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan model evaluasi pembelajaran yang hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kekeliruan dan melakukan koreksi sendiri, serta sistem informasi-nya. Pengembangan dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam empat tahap, yaitu penelitian, penciptaan dan desain, rekayasa dan pengemasan, tahap pengujian dan evaluasi. Konstruk model evaluasi dimodifikasi dari model Marzano dan divalidasi melalui focus group discussion dan teknik Delphi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru dan siswa di enam SMAN dan satu SMA swasta di Malang. Hasil penelitian: 1) model evaluasi didukung oleh instrumen evaluasi diri guru, evaluasi teman sejawat, dan evaluasi siswa; 2) karakteristik instrumen evaluasi mencakup validitas, reliabilitas, dan kepraktisan telah teruji; 3) sistem informasi hasil evaluasi disajikan dalam bentuk bar chart yang memuat informasi kelebihan dan kekurangan guru, rencana perbaikan guru, dan saran perbaikan untuk guru dan sekolah; 4) instrumen evaluasi berbentuk software disertai manualnya. Kata kunci: model evaluasi, kaizen, pembelajaran, sekolah menengah atas ______________________________________________________________A TEACHING EVALUATION MODEL BASED ON KAIZEN AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Abstract This study aimed at developing an evaluation model to find out problems in the teaching process in order to prevent mistakes and to make a self-correction for assuring a continuous teaching improvement, and to deliver its information system. This was a development study which used quantitative and qualitative approaches carried out in four phases, namely initial research, invention and design, engineering and packaging, and test and evaluation. The construct of this evaluation model was adapted from Marzano’s evaluation model and had been validated by a focus group discussion and Delphi technique. The subjects of this study were senior high school teachers and students from six public senior high schools (SMAN) and a private senior high school in Malang. This study shows the following conclusions: 1) The evaluation model based on kaizen has been equipped by self-evaluation instrument, evaluation instrument by colleagues and students; 2) The characteristics of the evaluation model based on kaizen for quality assurance of teaching at senior high school consisted of validity, reliability, and practicability which had been verified. The validity evidence had been obtained through focus group discussion and Delphi techniques, and had been analyzed using content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) proposed by Lawshe. The construct validity was elaborated through the structural equation modeling based on component; 3) The results of model fit test using GesCA-program developed by Heungsun Hwang indicate that the model is supported by the data shown by the value of GFI 0,997, and SRMR 0.076; 4) The information system of the evaluation results is presented in bar chart which accommodates teachers’ strengths and weaknesses, teachers’ planning of improvement, and suggestion of improvement for teachers and school.Keywords: development model, evaluation model, teaching process
ABSTRAKDegradasi zat warna kongo merah limbah cair industri tekstil menggunakan metode elektrodekolorisasi telah dilakukan. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengelektrolisis kongo merah menggunakan katoda karbon dan anoda besi. Analisis konsentrasi kongo merah dilakukan menggunakan metode spektrofotometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dibawah kondisi optimum pada voltase 12 V-jarak elektroda 1 cm-pH 4-konsentrasi H 2 O 2 500 mg/L selama 12 menit, zat warna kongo red limbah cair industri tekstil dapat didegradasi 99,83 %. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendegradasi zat warna kongo merah.Kata kunci : kongo merah, metode elektrodekolorisasi, limbah cair industri tekstil DEGRADATION OF CONGO RED DYE OF TEXTILE INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER AT PEKALONGAN REGENCY USING ELECTRODECOLORIZATION METHOD ABSTRACTDegradation of congo red dye of textile industrial wastewater using electrodecolorization method has been done. The experiment have been performed by electrolysis of congo red using carbon cathode and iron anode. Analysis of congo red concentration using spectrophotometric method. The result of the research showed that under the optimum conditions of 12V voltage -1 cm electrode distance -pH 4 -500 mg/L H 2 O 2 for 12 minutes, congo red dye of textile industrial wastewater can be degraded 99.83%. This method can be applied to degradation of congo red dye.
