In this article, the authors systematized and proposed a system of methodological support for the study of the processes of formation, efficiency of mechanisms of functioning and prospects of development of the regional food market. The researchers believe that a complete system of indicators of living standards should include not only quantitative but also qualitative indicators, grouped according to the proposed features. Also, the analysis of the market of food products of the Republic of Crimea was carried out. It is noted that to assess the level of food security in a particular region, it is necessary to substantiate the system of criteria and indicators that comprehensively characterize its current state, dynamics, trends and compare its status with other actors. The authors believe that the key to the effectiveness of the regional food security system is the availability of procedures for a comprehensive diagnosis of its condition, which makes it possible to take into account the relationship of various factors. The procedure of system diagnostics of the level of food security in the region is proposed. It is concluded that the category of food security should be considered systematically and integrated, both within the country as a whole and in the regional aspect in particular, due to the diversity of natural and climatic conditions, socioeconomic situation of individual territories, the demographic situation.
The article examines the problems of technological support for the production of grain crops and the development of the grain industry in Ukraine. A retrospective analysis of the dynamics of the yield of grain crops and the main food crop - wheat in Ukraine is presented. The necessity of improving agrotechnological methods and introducing zoned varieties of agricultural crops due to the differentiation of climatic conditions necessary for the development of agriculture on the territory of Ukraine has been proved. A factorial analysis of the effect of intensification on the yield and efficiency of growing winter wheat has been carried out, a direct dependence of wheat yield on production costs and an inverse relationship between profitability and production costs have been established. The essence and advantages of using No-till technologies that do not require preliminary preparation of the field for sowing grain crops are disclosed. Modern trends in the development of technologies in agriculture in Ukraine are presented. The advantages of using various models of intensive technologies aimed at maximizing the realization of the potential of varieties and hybrids of grain crops are disclosed. A comparative characteristic of the elemental costs of growing winter wheat with high-cost and resource-saving technologies is given. The system of indicators for evaluating the economic efficiency of methods for improving the technological support of the production of grain crops is substantiated. Key words: technology, crops, intensification, productivity, technological operation, resources.
The article is focused on the organizational and methodological algorithm of the economic scientific research. Methods of economic research have been systematized according to its stages. Priorities and development trends in methodological approaches to economic space have been specified. Complex evaluation of the researched object's constituent elements' performance is of great importance and is viewed as a characteristic of the object which results from simultaneous and coordinated study of various indices reflecting all the aspects of the economic processes; it comprises generalization of the performance results of the production facilities, being based on the qualitative and quantitative deviations from the comparative base. The research rationalizes the application of the coordinates matrix method and elaborates its algorithm. It also proves that studying external environment as an impact factor on the object's condition provides the foundation for the situation analysis which has the purpose of studying a separate situation, evaluation of the impact factors, mechanisms, risks and obstacles and ways of overcoming them. The article presents a methodological support system which provides for the functioning of the sectoral production.
The economy of the Crimea is currently developing in special conditions of the «transition period», aimed at the gradual adaptation of the socio-economic system of the peninsula to the priorities of the innovative way of development of the Russian economy as a whole and its individual regions. The article analyzes the dynamics of the sectoral distribution of the economy of the Republic of Crimea after its entry into Russia. The attention is focused on the fact that the solving of the arising contradictions and problems is impossible without active state support and financing of the regional economy. Taking into account the specifics of the Crimea as a sanatorium-resort region, it is justified that the largest contribution to the volume of regional production is made by the services sector connected with the needs of tourists resting in the Crimea. The strategic mechanisms of development of the tourist sphere of the Crimea, aimed at solving the problem of uneven use of tourist potential, are considered.
