Abstract. It is paid a great attention to the problem of sustainable development in modern society. The development of the economy is impossible without the usage of innovative projects in all areas of life. The process of urbanization poses new challenges, so the implementation of innovative projects aimed at sustainable development of cities takes on special significance. The objectives of the current study are definition of the consistency of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and ways to achieve the goals by 2030 for Saint-Petersburg; investigation into the experience of implementation of innovative projects for sustainable development in St. Petersburg; identification the consistency of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and innovative projects in St. Petersburg. Research methods used in the research are deduction and induction, system analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization, statistical analysis. The main results include investigation into the experience of St. Petersburg in innovative projects for sustainable development. They showed that the UN's SDGs are reflected in the strategy of economic and social development of St. Petersburg until 2030, but partly; a number of pilot innovative projects in the city aimed at sustainable urban development (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals): Ensure access to water and sanitation for all; Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all; Make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable; Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. The paper contributes toward the knowledge of sustainable development at the city's level by analysing the experience of innovative projects in St. Petersburg.
The article is dedicated to the research on the use of digital instruments in human resource management in the leading Russian companies. The companies were chosen from the leading companies in their business field based on Ranking Top-100 leading companies in Russia on capitalization by the Agency Riarating in 2019. The authors stated that the most extensive for using digital technologies in human resources management at the moment is the erecruitment process. The instruments of human resource management based on digital technologies in the sphere of erecruitment were linked with the 10 steps within the process in the chosen companies. Pros and Cons per each of the presented instruments were identified. In the conclusion it is said that digital technologies are actively used by companies around the world for recruitment, adaptation of employees and increase of labor efficiency. Russia is also no exception and is actively involved in these processes. In Russia, almost all large companies-market leaders use digital technologies in HR management, in particular, e-recruitment tools.
The pathway to a low-carbon future is circular. Circular economy and the optimization of resources used in the energy system can be seen as a way to improve energy self-sufficiency. In St. Petersburg, stakeholders of International Innovation Forum and International Economic Forum 2018 have discussed foreign experience and circular economy in Russia, and found several solutions. Representatives from Business Finland partnership shared their experience – how environmentally friendly technologies become profitable business. FIRO-O, OptiKom, Charity second-hand store “Spasibo”, Baltika Brewery (Carlsberg group) and St. Petersburg Urban Eco-Cluster are given as successful examples of circular economy principles in Russia and St. Petersburg. Moscow and Saint Petersburg have different programs under the local authorities’ support in the sphere of environmentally-friendly development. Infrastructure of the Russian regions needs more attention and support from all the stakeholders: the business, the government and the society. The triangle cooperation (business-government-society) is needed. Russian company’s cooperation and integration into the global networks of ecologically responsible businesses could lead to the easier and faster solutions.
The introduction of high-tech solutions leads to a change in the format and content of almost any work, as well as a rethinking of approaches to staff planning. There is a need for a special financial and economic analysis of the object and preparation of key financial indicators standards for business planning. This calculation is based on the results of an external financial analysis without taking into account planned changes in the personnel of the enterprise and options for increasing labor productivity. The goal of the research is to propose a methodology and apply in practice for external financial analysis and calculation of the regulatory budget, taking into account the forecast of personnel changes and growth in labor productivity. To develop a business plan for the withdrawal of the enterprise from the crisis, it is necessary to have a regulatory framework for planned financial and economic indicators of the company’s development. The article proposes a methodology for the development and monitoring of such indicators in the form of a “normative budget, taking into account the forecast of personnel changes and productivity growth”, tested by the authors in real situations. The authors recommend the development of a regulatory budget for this on the basis of the monitoring model “to cover the necessary net profit and dividend payments, taking into account the forecast of personnel changes and growth in labor productivity.”
