This article is a continuation of the historical overview of corporate social responsibility (CSR), took place in the 20th century. The main definitions, principles, actions were explained with the purpose of research the influence if the kinds of responsibilities as legal, ethical, philanthropic on the sustainable development of the enterprise. The consequent CSR concepts observations are presented, namely Social Responsibility of Business Man, Stakeholder Approach, Three dimensional model, Three-dimensional model of principles, policies and processes, Institutional framework and extended corporate actions, Three-domains approach, Contemporary concept. The new XXI centuries SCR concepts were discovered and their theories fixed. Novel insights into contemporary meaning of SCR are being suggested.
This article is devoted to an efficiency measurement of the maritime industry presented through the joint value of industry stakeholders. A list of factors contributing to the efficiency of the state maritime policy and factors in the development of the maritime industry were defined and separated into four groups: group 1 (infrastructural factors): Renewal of port infrastructure; coastal infrastructure of sea stations; ecological and physical safety; and convenience in reaching the port of departure of a cruise ship; group 2 (management factors): The effectiveness of management mechanisms; the level of automatization and effective communications technologies; the coordination of various types of transport; and the efficiency of port services; group 3 (marketing factors): Tariff policies (tariff amounts, number of port fees, flexibility of the price policy); and competition in the ports; group 4 (service factors): Attractiveness of logistics conditions; the development of international tourism; the development of sea leisure; the development of merchant shipping, shipbuilding, ship repair, and instrument making in the port; and the simplification of port entry procedures. The joint value was considered to be a category at both a macroeconomic and microeconomic level, and it was combined with a multivariate regression model performed on the basis of the statistical analysis and data processing system Statistica 8.0. The complex combination of the results of the multifactorial linear model of the joint value created in the maritime industry led to the conclusion that the best alternative to the development of the port industry in Ukraine is the scenario of state modernization and corporatization in the port business model.
Urgency of the research. The institutional basis that creates the asymmetry of transport markets is due to the disadvantages of the relevant legislative provision, which reorientation of traffic flows in the other direction. Target setting is the analysis of the current legislation for the purpose of assessing the regulatory impact on transport services markets and identifying the conditions that constitute those or other obstacles. Considers the content of the institutional basis work that creates the asymmetry of transport markets, which mainly affect the creation of artificial barriers to the free-of-charge ironing of goods in inland waterways of Ukraine. So, analyzed the situation on the domestic transport services market in Ukraine in comparison with other countries of the world. As well as analyzing two major draft laws on inland water transport presented to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which will determine and regulate the further situation. Deficiencies and failure to take into account some of the pointsare identified. This will allow the creation of the same conditions for the transport of river transport for national and foreign carriers. What to reduce the level of asymmetry in the domestic transport market of Ukraine. Conclusions. Elimination of the asymmetry of the domestic transport market of Ukraine should be linked to such basic requirements for the development of appropriate institutional arrangements that should be in line with the existing system of international agreements and regulations, as well as create a level playing field for all participants in the water transport market, regardless of ownership.
The global economy is a process of combining national economies into a single economic world system. The role of the national economy in this system will be determined solely by the perfect organization of the logistics components as an objective process. The article defines logistic schemes in the modern economic system as the beginning of the integration processes of the global economy. The economic consequences of the development of transnational logistic hubs for the national economies are analyzed. The information and financial component in the formation of a unified logistics system of the global economy is characterized. The provision of competitiveness of the domestic economy through the implementation of logistic schemes as part of a unified logistics system of the global economy is noted.
В умовах глобальної фінансово-економічної кризи, при падінні обсягів продажів і прибутковості підприємства, маркетинговий підхід в управлінні, як стратегічний інструмент, стає особливо актуальним. Метою статті є дослідження основних підходів поліпшення управління оборотними активами промислових підприємств в контексті реалізації маркетингової стратегії. На основі аналізу фінансового стану підприємства виділено основні проблемні аспекти управління оборотними активами промислових підприємств. В ході дослідження виділено сучасні підходи та запропоновано основні напрямки поліпшення управління оборотними активами промислових підприємств для реалізації маркетингової стратегії. Доведено, що особливої уваги потребує політика підприємства щодо управління операційними та фінансовими ризиками, спрямована на їх мінімізацію. Для промислового підприємства вкрай важливо мати можливість формувати необхідні запаси матеріальних ресурсів, які потім використовуються у процесах виробництва і надання послуг. В якості інструментів поліпшення управління оборотними активами підприємства пропонується впроваджувати планування та бюджетування грошових потоків, використовувати для цих цілей платіжний календар, що дозволить контролювати ліквідність підприємства.
