Nowadays, the domestic consumer goods market plays an important role in maintaining the living standards of the population. Its development is an important precondition of accelerated economic growth in the country. Yet, the current condition of the domestic market is characterized by the availability of many negative trends that are stipulated by the bottlenecks in the public regulation of the consumer market and lack of controllability of its certain development processes. An objective need to search for the ways and tools to efficiently manage the development of the domestic consumer market on the system basis requires the thorough scientific-methodological substantiation of a range of important issues like defining the goals and priorities of the consumer market development and elaborating the tactics of its development in times of European integration as a set of measures directed at the implementation of strategic goals. The paper aims to determine the strategic priorities in public regulation of the domestic consumer goods market. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the consumer market’s public regulation. The functioning of enterprises on the domestic market is analyzed, and on this basis, their operating efficiency is determined. The regulative framework related to the issues of the economic development and trade processes in particular in the times of COVID-19 is analyzed. The priorities and tasks of regulation of the competitive process at the domestic market in the short-term and middle-term perspectives in conditions of the pandemic are suggested based on examining the foreign sector of Ukraine in 2013-2019 and the consensus-prognosis for 2020-2021. The place of the domestic consumer goods market’s development strategy in maintaining the sustainable development in Ukraine is determined, and the main tasks of implementation of the domestic consumer goods market’s development policy are outlined. In the course of examining the main trends of the domestic market functioning in current economic conditions, the problems hampering their development were identified. The strategy of the domestic consumer goods market development is characterized.
The results of researches of rheological and adhesion characteristics of marzipan pastes with dry demineralized whey (DDW) and glycerin are given. The positive effect of dry demineralized whey and glycerin on the characteristics of model compositions of marzipan pastes has been established. The component compatibility of DDW and almonds has been confirmed. It has been experimentally established that DDW and glycerin lead to changes in the structural state of marzipan pastes, changing the quantitative values of rheological characteristics. It is confirmed that with increasing DDW concentration, the indicators of deformation and plasticity increase. The indicators of elasticity and resilience of marzipan paste decrease, which in general leads to an increase in molding ability. The surface effect on the properties of marzipan pastes with dry demineralized whey and glycerin was carried out. The technological expediency of using glycerin in the composition of marzipan pastes with DDW to increase their plasticity and pliability while maintaining high molding properties is substantiated. The rational content of glycerin is established, which allows regulating the adhesion properties within the set limits for paste-like finishing semi-finished products from marzipan masses. The rational content of DDW and glycerin in the composition of marzipan pastes while ensuring high functional and technological properties in the application of confectionery flour on the surface is substantiated. Mathematical modeling of adhesion behavior of marzipan pastes is carried out. The adhesive properties of the pastes are mathematically substantiated and their ability to have flexibility under the action of the applied shear stress is confirmed within the established limits. Its currents are considered and substantiated. A study of moisture absorption by flour confectionery when covered with marzipan paste is provided. The wetting angle is considered and the work of adhesion is determined. Based on researches the directions of use of the developed marzipan pastes in confectionery production as finishing semi-finished products for a covering and as a layer for flour confectionery products and modeling of figured products are offered.
The trade is the most important area of forming and stabilizing of consumer market, the coordinating link in the system of cross-sectoral, regional and interregional links and the efficient mechanism of meeting social needs. Retail trade performs the range of important functions in providing the socio-economic development of a region, rational distribution of production forces and resources and forming of financial-investment capacity of territories’ balanced and sustainable growth. However, lack of effective regional policy leads to the shortfall in GRP and industry income, growing problem of import dependency, reduced employment, revenues and labour remuneration, etc. The paper aims to evaluate current condition and trends of retail trade development and to define preconditions of efficient use of innovations in retail trade. Development condition and trends of retail trade in stores are analyzed, the problems of their development are defined and preconditions of efficient use of innovations in retail trade are outlined. Considering innovative development as the process of positive qualitative changes in innovative condition of an enterprise is characterized. Innovations in retail trade are classified by types. Efficient ways to develop retail trade innovations taking into account the crisis situation and to realize them in perspective are suggested. The article proves that trade is one of the most successful areas for introduction of innovations. Innovations introduced in retail trade will not be neglected by consumers and their efficient use improves the efficiency of stores’ activity.
The subject of the study is to consider the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the country’s economic development that requires providing the systematic research of objective prerequisites for increasing ecological and economic efficiency of the introduction and use of ICT. The economic justification for the implementation of ICT taking into account the economic consequences of its impact on the environment is impossible without studying, systematizing economic and environmental effects from the use of ICT. Scientific studies of the economic problems of the implementation of ICT, in our opinion, should be deepened on the basis of the need to take into account the positive and negative economic consequences of their impact on the environment and therefore require further research in this direction. The purpose of the paper is to determine the impact of information and communication technologies on the country’s ecological and economic development and to systematize the economic, social and environmental effects from the introduction and use of ICT. The dialectical method of scientific knowledge, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative method, method of data generalization are used in the paper. The paper outlines and describes the main directions of influence of information and communication technologies (ICT) on economic development of industry, on development of agriculture, on the sphere of transport and communication. The classification of the effects from the introduction and use of ICT is given, namely: by the life cycle of the product – the effects that arise at the stage of development, production, realization, consumption and disposal of the product; by recipients of influence – the effects that arise in enterprises, government bodies, which use ICT, households, which are consumers of ICT goods and services, and in the environment; by the form of manifestation – direct and indirect effects. ICT provide extensive opportunities for learning, promote the participation of citizens in public life, etc., but at the same time they can increase the unevenness of the economic development of the regions of the country due to the difference in access to ICT. The development of ICT provides a reduction in the material component of production and consumption, helping to reduce the resource intensity and ecological sustainability of economic processes, and improve the environmental situation.
