Aim: In this article we compiled the whole plant of Helicteres.isora Linn showed excellent medicinal merits from ancient time belonging to the family Sterculiacea, which commonly known as murud sheng. Study Design: The Pharmacognostic study i.e. microscopic and macroscopic study with preliminary phytochemical test on different parts of plant performed in a Datta Meghe college of pharmacy,Datta meghe Institute of Medical sciences, Wardha, in collaboration with Balkh university,Mazar-e-Sharif during the period of January 2021 to Septmber 2021. Methodology: In the preliminary study focus on all pharmacognostic, by microscopic identification,by TLC, HPTLC by fingerprint application and phytochemical test of root extract, stem, leaf and fruit powder from different researchers study, which showed the presence of carbohydrates, protein, alkaloids, cardiac glycoside, flavonoids, tannins, essential oil etc which shows number of medicinal merits Results: During the study all investigators investigate, different region shows minute change in organoleptic charecteristics as well as phytochemical constituents and pharmacological study exhibits activities like Fruit showed Antioxidant, Antidiabetic and Antihyperlipidemic activity, Bark extract showed Antihelmintic activity , Root extract as Anticancer. Conclusion: According to study we conclude that Helicteres Isora Linn whole plant parts as well chemical constituents in every part is effective and used medicinally so further investigations are necessary to find out the active bio active molecules responsible to cure different disorders
Aim: The recent analysis is required to do novel and simple, sensitive, precise, efficient, instant and reproducible reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for estimation of antidiabetic drug in the unit dosage form. Validation of this method is also planned to make it suitable for the actual use. Study Design: Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences deemed to be university, Wardha in collaboration with Balkh university, Mazar-e-sharif, Afghanistan between August 2021 and December 2021. Methodology: In that article develop the method and validate it by estimation of antidiabetic drugs in solid dosage form by RP-HPLC, by using System suitability test, Repeatability, Precision studies (Intra-day and Interday/Intermediate), Linearity/Calibration studies, Robustness, Force degradation, Specificity, Drug recovery/accuracy studies. Results: as per ICH guidelines, the performance if system suitability in remogliflozin were achieved all guidelines; in that, tailing factor (T),separation factors(α),theoretical plates(N),capacity factor (k’), resolution (R) and RSD (%). The validated stress degradation studies under thermal, oxidative, alkali and acid, in few degradation products for remogliflozin (REM). Conclusion: From the results we conclude that, this novel technique which validated for exploration by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) should be used for routine quality control of remogliflozin (REM) prediction from developed formulation.
Depression characterized by significant depression of mood and impairment of function .In whole study evaluate the antidepressant activity of ethanolic extract of Bacopa monnieri Linn, to assess the pharmacodynamic interaction of drug with standard nootropic antidepressant, determine effect of drug alone and in combination with standard antidepressant in brain on amino acid neurotransmitter and acetylcholine esterase activity. Despair Swim test and tail suspension test study of interaction of ethanolic extract Bacopa monnieri with standard antidepressant drug extract used in FST and TST studied. Final perception was GABAmimetic Bacopa monneri decrease the immobility in forced swim test found that GABAergic activity lower in depressed state than normal brain. The control group in both FST and TST. GABA level found decrease than basal values. From experimental evidence it may conclude that ethanolic extract of Bacopa monnieri Linn possesses significant antidepressant activity.
