Measurement of work time with the stopwatch time study method is a measurement to observe the activities carried out repeatedly. The work measurement results can be used to obtain standard time and standard output which can later be used to carry out production planning. The purpose of this study was to determine the operating time of each unit of product worked at Pondok Neubel and to determine the standard working time of production processes at Pondok Neubel. Results of the study The total cycle time value of all activities in the neubel cottage was 2400 seconds and the normal time for each activity with a performance rating of 10 was 24000 seconds. The conclusion of this study, factors that influence the performance of workers in neubel huts are fatigue factors.

The method used is a SWOT analysis, SWOT analysis is one method for describing conditions and evaluating a project problem or business concept based on internal factors (inside) and external factors (outside) Namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, Analysis used to compile the factors of the company's strategy, as a result of handicrafts, radha wood carving art is very influential on the supporting community both in interacting and communicating, because this craft takes the form of a variety of letters, names and so forth. wood crafts are also often viewed as home decorations and key chains that are unique and attract attention for teenagers and children. product excellence and good service to customers, so the opportunity creates customer loyalty to the product. Radha wood carvings also always try to make new design innovations so that customers remain interested and provide comfort to their customers. The obstacles facing the Radha wood carving are capital problems, scarcity of raw materials and competition from within the country.
Workers who work the night shift have a tendency to get stressed and subsequently suffer from fatigue as a clinical symptom. This study aims to formulate an effective strategy of policy to emphasize the reduction in the effect of applying work shifts to the risk of fatigue. Based on the results that the average amount of reactive time for morning shift workers is 0.97 seconds, while for night shift workers is 1.18 seconds. The average amount of blood systole pressure for morning shift workers is 119.22 cm Hg, while for night shift workers is Hg 127.61 cm. The average amount of blood diastole pressure for morning shift workers was 77.44 cm Hg, while for night shift workers it was 82.16 cm Hg. The average heart rate for morning shift workers was 73.93, while for night shift workers it was 76.18. Based on the results of a statistical examination that there is a significant effect on fatigue (p = 0,000), it means that there is a significant relationship between work shifts and stress-causing fatigue (p = 0,000). Therefore, as the proposal of this study and to anticipate the reduction in fatigue, it is important to make improvements and evaluations about the rules of work shifts in a company so that night shift workers can work in safe conditions and rest well after work
Eksplorasi gas dan minyak bumi perlu dibuat sumur-sumur dengan sistim pengeboran, dikarenakan gas alam dan minyak mentah terletak jauh di dalam perut bumi. Proses pengeboran terlebih dahulu dilakukan proses eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Untuk mengangkat minyak yang masih tertinggal dibutuhkan mekanisme pengangkatan yaitu artificial lift. Adapun dalam penelitian ini untuk dapat melihat mekanisme kerja pompa angguk pengaruh counterweight. Pompa ini memiliki mekanisme yang sederhana yaitu dengan adanya gerakan turun-naik dari plunger untuk menghisap fluida yang berada di bawah permukaan ke permukaan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat hubungan antara beban pada penggerak utama pompa angguk dengan torsi pada kotak roda gigi serta momen pada polished rod. Pompa angguk yang digunakan adalah C-114D-119-86 di sumur 7Q13B dengan penambahan penyeimbang (counterweight) material ASTM A 48. Berat counterweight berdasarkan desain adalah 1,050 kg (3CRO) atau 2313.75 lb dan 886 kg (5 ARO) atau 1957,5 lb. Jumlah counter weight terpasang adalah empat buah (2 pcs 3CRO dan 2 Pcs 5AR. Torsi maximumnya di 114.000 lb.in. Langkah upstroke terjadi pada nilai momen positif yaitu pada sudut poros engkol kotak roda gigi 0 hingga 180o, sedangkan langkah downstroke terjadi pada nilai momen counterweight negatif yaitu pada sudut poros engkol kotak roda gigi besar dari 180 hingga 360o maka berat counterweight mempengaruhi momen terhadap crank shaft.
