Perineal care is an effort to provide fulfillment of the need for comfort by nourishing the area between the two thighs which is limited between the anal canal and the external genitalia in women who have given birth to avoid infection. The prevalence of childbirth mothers who experience perineal rupture in Indonesia in the age group of 25-30 years is 24% and at the age of 32-39 years is 62%. In 2013 57% of mothers received perineal sutures (28% due to episiotomy and 29% due to spontaneous tears). To determine the relationship between knowledge, family support and personal hygiene with postpartum perineal wound care in The Working Area of the Belida Darat Health Center, Belida Darat District, Muara Enim Regency. This research is an analytical survey quantitative research with a cross sectional approach, namely research with observations in a period and research subjects are observed once during the study. The results of the chi-square statistical test of the knowledge variable obtained value = 0.002, personal hygiene variable obtained value = 0.023, and the family support variable obtained value = 0.025 this indicates there is a significant relationship between family support and perineal wound care in the Region Belida Darat Health Center in Belida Darat K . District Muara Enim Regency in 2021.
Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that is given to babies from birth for six months, without adding and replacing it with other foods or drinks (except drugs, vitamins, and minerals). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, work and family support with exclusive breastfeeding in Tanjung Dalam Village, Lubuk Batang Health Center Work Area, Lubuk Batang District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2021. The design of this study is an analytical survey using a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 7-12 months as many as 38 respondents and the number of samples as many as 38 respondents. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. Data analysis used chi square statistical test with p value value (0.05). The results of this study from 35 respondents, it was found that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.005), occupation (p-value = 0.01) and family support (p-value = 0.02) with exclusive breastfeeding. Midwives are expected to increase counseling and socialize the exclusive breastfeeding program to the community.
Contraception is an effort to prevent or block fertilization or the meeting between egg and sperm so that a temporary or permanent pregnancy does not occur by using a device, Implant is an effective method of hormonal contraception, not permanent and can prevent pregnancy between three to five year. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Fear of Side Effects, Sources of Information, Husband's Support and Knowledge simultaneously with the use of Contraceptive Implants in Nunggal Sari Village, Dana Mulya Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2021. The research design that will be used in this study is descriptive analytic. with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in Nunggal Sari Village, Dana Mulya Public Health Center, Banyuasin Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents. The results of Univariate analysis showed that of the 70 respondents who used implant contraceptives, 29 respondents (41.4%) and 41 respondents (58.6%) did not use implant contraceptives. From the results of the Chi-Square test, p.value is 0.026 < = 0.05 on the variable fear of side effects, the husband's support variable p.value 0.000 < = 0.05, the source of information variable p.value 0.000 < = 0, 05 dab knowledge variable p.value 0.000 < = 0.05 states that there is a statistically proven relationship between the fear of side effects, family support, sources of information and knowledge with the use of implant contraceptives. The suggestions in this study are intended for the leadership of the Puskesmas. This research can be used as input in order to increase the coverage of implant contraceptive participants, especially in the Dana Mulya Health Center Work Area, Banyuasin Regency.
Family Planning (KB) is an action that helps individuals or married couples to get certain objectives, avoid unwanted births, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the time of birth in a husband and wife relationship and determine the number of children in the family. Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019, the number of family planning participants in Indonesia in 2018 was 24,196,151 people (62.5%) of the number of couples of childbearing age, which was 38,690,214 people. A person's decision to use contraceptives is influenced by factors of age, education, knowledge, and number of children. Income. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, age, parity and income simultaneously with the use of 3-month injectable contraceptives at BPM Kasih Bunda, Sukapeace Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency in 2021.The research design uses an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all family planning acceptors who came to BPM Kasih Bunda, Sukapeace Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency, amounting to 167 people. The number of samples in this study were 63 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi square test.The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.028), age (p value = 0.000), parity (p value = 0.023) and income (p value = 0.004) with the use of 3-month injectable contraceptives at BPM Kasih Bunda, Sukapeace Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency. year 2021.The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge, age, parity and income with the use of 3-month injectable contraceptives at BPM Kasih Bunda, Sukapeace Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency in 2021.
Tetanus neonatorum is caused by Clostridium Tatami toxin. The study aimed to determine the factors associated with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative, and analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was selected by systematic random sampling so that a sample of 75 pregnant women was obtained. The completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization were measured using a questionnaire. The results of the Chi-Square test of attitudes toward the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization showed that there was no relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization with a p-value = 0.466 < 0.05 and the relationship between education and completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization, p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, knowledge with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, occupation with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, and husband's support with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization with p-value = 0.311 < 0.05 which means no relationship. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between education, knowledge, and work with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization, and there is no relationship between attitudes and husband's support for the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women in the work area of ??the Puskesmas in Ogan Ilir Regency. Suggestions to the Puskesmas It is hoped that it can improve the quality of public health services, especially for pregnant women, can provide information on the importance of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women to overcome pregnant women who have not been fully immunized to achieve the target of tetanus toxoid immunization to reduce morbidity and mortality in maternity and newborn baby.
