Generasi muda saat ini belum sepenuhnya mampu memenuhi komponen dari karakter ideal yang dibutuhkan dalam menopang kemajuan dan keberhasilan suatu bangsa di masa mendatang. Strawberry Generation merepresentasikan buah stroberi yang indah namun mudah rapuh dan hancur apabila dipijak. Kelahiran Strawberry Generation dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk pola asuh orang tua dalam mendidik dan membesarkan anaknya. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai keterampilan orang tua dalam mendidik anak-anak masa kini. Penggunaan metode fenomenologi sebagai upaya dalam menguraikan dan mengungkapkan bagaimana keterampilan orang tua dalam mendidik anak masa kini dan bagaimana perubahan perilaku yang terjadi sebagai akibat didikan tersebut terhadap perumpamaan istilah yang dihubungkan dengan generasi Z yaitu strawberry generation. Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa terdapat keterampilan orang tua dalam mendidik anak yang berpotensi tumbuhnya mereka menjadi bagian dari strawberry generation, diantaranya pola asuh overprotective, pola asuh otoriter, dan pemberian apresiasi atau pujian secara berlebihan. Solusi guna meminimalisir anak menjadi Strawberry Generation diantaranya: 1) membangun mental; 2) berikan kepercayaan kepada anak untuk mengerjakan tanggung jawab yang mampu membuatnya belajar dan meng-upgrade diri, sehingga anak merasa berkontribusi dan merasa berharga; 3) melatih anak untuk mengambil keputusan; 4) selalu memahami kondisi anak.Kata-kata Kunci: Strawberry Generation, Generasi-Z, Keterampilan Mendidik.
Human resources is one important aspect that must be possessed by everycompany. In supporting the success of the company's operations, managementneeds to be carried out so that the existing system can be well organizedaccording to the company's expectations. In this study using a case study atCoffee Shop 48 Street Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this research is to find out thehuman resource management system and the risks that exist in the company. Inthis study, a qualitative approach was used with a descriptive research type, andthe collection technique used was direct interviews with managers and siteobservations. The results of interviews through the manager of the Coffee Shop 48Street Tasikmalaya found several risks related to human resource management which were then analyzed using the checklist method, and in this analysis, riskidentification, risk assessment, and risk control were carried out. The results ofthis study are that Coffee Shop 48 Street Tasikmalaya need to improve humanresource management to improve an organized performance environment
