The fish processing industry applies a small number of automation technologies compared to other industries. Their number should be increased despite automated food processing problems and hygiene requirements. Automation and implementation of robots can reduce production costs and improve product quality. The issues of designing automation systems for the fishing industry are analyzed. Automatic control systems can control quality of fish and fish products. Automated systems receive, freeze, sort, cut, wash, salt, dry, smoke, press, cool, package and store fish and fish products. Modern technological tools are equipped with automatic control systems. Some of them include specialized automation and robotic units equipped with microprocessor control systems. Application and implementation of automation systems for processing fish are described. Future trends are discussed.
In the article aspects of intensification of technological processes in livestock rearing, such as harvesting, storage and processing of forages, weighing and dosage of feed, feeding and drinking of animals, controlling their production, identification of each animal, production of technical products are considered. In animal husbandry, many complex technological processes are considered and implemented in the class of autonomous subsystems and each of them, performing a certain task, can be a component of a more complex management system. Some schemes of automation of technological processes, such as the scheme of the raw materials department of the shop of technical products with the use of automation, the functional scheme of automation of the production of fodder flour, the scheme of automation of the process of fat burning are presented. These features are evidence of the need to introduce modern technologies and their intensification in the livestock sector.
The article presents the technological features of growing specular and scaly carp. The physic mechanical properties of the pond where carps are grown are studied, the microbiological parameters determined by the fish productivity of two-year-old carps, and the calculated percentage of carps survival are studied. The average weight of the special control group was 315 g, experimental - 311 g, the difference - 5 g (1,27%).
Yaks are unpretentious and extremely hardy. They have a well-developed sense of smell, thick hair which helps them endure harsh climatic conditions. They can live in high mountains and hilly steppes. The aim of the article is to assess adaptive properties of yaks based on morphological and biochemical studies of blood samples and immunogenetic certification by blood groups. Cattle breeding is successfully developing in the Transbaikal Krai. However, yak breeding is a new activity. In 2015, 53 breeding yaks were purchased in the Oka district of the Republic of Buryatia and exported to the Transbaikal Krai. The experimental studies on blood of transported animals identified the high content of leukocytes and the high level of hemoglobin. The lymphocyte, monocyte and red blood cell indicators were within the norm. The calcium content decreased by 0.17 mmol/l. The ratio of calcium to phosphorus was 1: 1.8. The protein content was 72.35 g/l, alkaline reserve – 51.8 v%. The indicators were within the norm. While determining the frequency of individual blood antigens, it was found that the most frequent groups were as follows: J’-52%, X2 - 50%, Z - 49%, D’- 48%, A2 - 47%, V - 32%, G2 - 28%, F - 26%, E - 23%, O2 - 22%, P - 20%. In new conditions, the Oka yaks have high adaptive properties and productive qualities.
