This paper describes the movement of fluometuron in two soils by: (a) the use of soil columns, and them to study the distribution with depth of Dactylis bioassay in the split soil leaching columns; (b) the Radio-autograms of soil by tic plates. The results suggest that fluometuron is mobile in soils containing low organic matter. Also the Freundlich adsorption isotherms were developed, and the adsorption coefficient (K) values were higher when soils high in organic matter. The relationship of to the Freundlich constant K to the Rf values of radioautograms is discussed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
