The influence of light wavelength and intensity, a8 w e l l as the temperature, on photooxidation has be= studied f o r rubbers based on polydieneurethane (PDU) o r polyetherurethane (PEU) . Photooxidation i s shown t o proceed by t h e chain free-radical mechanism w i t h bimolecular ( f o r F'DU) o r l i n e a r ( f o r PEU) kinetic chain teFmination. !Phe PDU oxidation k i n e t i c parameter is equal t o 0.02 [~nole/(kg*e)]"~ and does not depend on temperature. In PEU photooxidation t h e kinetic chain length i s constant in a wide range of l i g h t i n t e n s i t i e s and is equal t o 7 , while the activation energy i s ca 18 kJ/mole. In distinction t o PEU, PDU is sensitive not only t o UV but also t o v i s i b l e l i g h t , w i t h t h i e s e n s i t i v i t y being preserved up t o Ugh oxidation levels. "he dependenaes of photooxidation quantum yieldee on w8velength and i r r a d i a t i o n time have been determined.
In patients with latent autoimmune diabetes of adults (LADA), type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus were found violations of the cytokine system with the increase of the content of the proinflammatory Il-2, IL-8, TNF-α cytokines and andante-inflammatory IL-4, IL-10 cytokines. There was increase of Il-4, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α level in the examined patients, regardless of the option of the disease. Elevated level of Il-2 was found only in LADA and type 1 diabetes patients. The significant differences in the content of the studies cytokines depending on the type and option of the disease is not established.
A comparative analysis of indicators of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in patients with slowly progressing autoimmune diabetes of adults (LADA) with those in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus identified certain features. Thus, a blood glucose level in the diagnosis of disease in LADA patients was significantly higher than in the patients with type2 diabetes. In patients with established LADA the oral hypoglycemic therapy was ineffective, which determines whether the timely insulin appointment to these patients. Against the background of insulin therapy in LADA patients revealed more stable indicators of glycemic control than those determined in patients with type 1 diabetes. Patients are set LADA expressed disturbances of lipid metabolism similar to those in patients with type 2 diabetes. The presence of a specific subset in LADA patients anthropometric markers of the metabolic syndrome is accompanied by increased dislipoproteidemia, namely an increase in the coefficient of atherogenicity and decrease blood levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol.
Hypoglycemic syndrome is a complex symptom complex characterized by autonomic, nervous and mental disorders that occur when the blood glucose concentration falls below the physiological minimum. Typically, this syndrome is associated with diabetes and is considered a complication of antihyperglycemic therapy. Hypoglycemia develops much more often, and in clinical practice doctors of various specialties meet with hypoglycemic reactions at various pathologies of internals.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
