The ~-radiation associated with the fl+ decay of ~3~ to levels in 13~ is studied. The level scheme is established on the basis of the Y-7 coincidence measurements emploing two Ge(Li) detectors. The available experimental data are compared to collective model calculations with V-soft P.E.S. and v-dependent inertial functions. To reproduce levels energy Bo~ value twice as large as other mass parameters is needed.
