The article discusses the main criteria for assessing the design of vehicles in the field of passive safety. Road safety is influenced by a large number of factors, among the most negative factors are road accidents and their consequences. All categories of the population die and get injured in road accidents, which entails a decrease in the population of the country and the level of health, life expectancy, length of the working period, and distortion of the age pyramid. Existing methods for assessing measures to improve passive safety do not fully allow establishing a correspondence between the characteristics of vehicle structural elements that ensure its passive safety and the severity of the consequences in an accident. This situation is mainly due to the impossibility of assessing the passive safety of the car as a whole, by one indicator, since the applied assessment is based on the requirements of regulatory documents. In this case, the most optimal analysis will be the analysis of the consequences of real road accidents, which allows to identify the most dangerous conditions of road accidents and traumatic elements of the structure of vehicles. The result of the assessment of measures to improve passive safety is an accurate assessment of the severity of human injury in an accident and the risk of an accident. The existing and prospective criteria governing passive safety indicators cover a small number of all types of road accidents. Therefore, expanding the scope of application of safety criteria to the widest possible range of types of road accidents and taking into account the anthropological parameters of a person is the most significant potential way to reduce the number and severity of injuries in road accidents.
In this article, the authors consider the transport problems of the largest and largest cities on the example of Krasnodar. The growth of housing construction in recent years has led to an increase in motorization, which increases the load of the city’s road network. Based on the analysis, we can conclude about the main directions of the development of the transport network of cities and the most anticipated problems. Purpose: is to analyze the rate of population growth in cities, the growth of motorization and draw conclusions about the main transport problems of the city associated with these factors. Method or methodology of the work: statistical analysis, synthesis were used in the article. Results: the main directions of activity for solving transport problems of large and largest cities are determined on the example of Krasnodar, the growth rates of population, population density, growth of motorization are analyzed and conclusions are drawn about the influence of these factors on the functioning of the city’s transport system. Scope of application of the results: research activity on the development of new approaches in the field of organization of transportation and transport services.
The article discusses the relationship of transport systems and industrial complexes in years in the context of changes in industrial policy in the direction of new industrialization. Based on the example of Krasnodar, possible directions for the development of the city's transport system for the implementation of industrial policy are considered. Search for the optimal boundaries of the city should be sought not in the physical (territorial) of its borders, but in a combination of factors that ensure the convenience of the residents living in it. This is the key to solving the dynamic structure of the city. An example of the creation of the main street of freight traffic, which will increase the speed of delivery of goods to the main industrial and logistics centers, will solve the problem of routing the main freight traffic bypassing the centrally-loaded streets of the city, as well as residential areas and recreation areas.
This article discusses the management of the traffic safety subsystem at enterprises engaged in road transport activities. For the successful functioning of industrial enterprises in modern conditions of economic development, along with the growth of production volumes, fewer costs are required. To this end, in recent years, many enterprises and individual entrepreneurs have refused to outsource transport activities, which have a negative impact on road safety issues. The authors have developed a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of traffic safety based on scientifically based criteria. The technique is based on the application of the method of weights and the first step is to determine the set of factors that have the greatest impact on the final result of the automotive business. To improve the performance of the road safety monitoring subsystem at enterprises operating in the transport sector, the data are calculated for determining the integral indicator which are taken on the basis of annual monitoring of individual indicators, the list of which is set by experts for enterprises and entrepreneurs individually. This method allows you to control the road transport activities of industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs in order to develop methods for improving road safety.
