The occurrence of cases of violence has transformed the profile of health problems in Brazil and worldwide. To address this problem, new approaches to the health sector are necessary, such as the determinants oflifestyle, the conditions to mbientais, social and the impact that is caused on quality of life. Even with the enactment of the National Health Policy for The Reduction of Accidents and Violence, the system has been slowly organized to meet the needs of the theme while trying to assist the general demand (MINAYO, 2007)
The hypertensive crisis is one of the complications of arterial hypertension, characterized by a sudden increase in blood pressure, with the possibility of damage to target organs, which increases the risk of death. This article aimed to analyze the care provided to hypertensive crisis in urgent and emergency care through scientific production. This is a bibliographic review. The selection of works for this review was based on a bibliographical research carried out in scientific production indexes (BIREME, LILACS, SCIELLO) with the descriptors hypertensive crisis, urgent and emergency care in hypertensive crisis, full scientific articles and published abstracts were chosen. This study focused on the hypertensive crisis, showing the importance of emergency care, the risk factors associated with the crisis, the common characteristics and the clinical conditions presented. It then becomes necessary to disseminate guidelines for the care of hypertensive crises, thus providing better quality care, without complications and unnecessary expenses.
A infecção hospitalar se caracteriza pela a infecção adquirida após a admissão do paciente, e semanifesta durante a internação ou após a alta. Esse estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. Abusca dos artigos foi desenvolvida através dos bancos de dados: (Base de Dados em Enfermagem)BDENF, (Scientific Electronic Library Online) Scielo, (Medical Literature Analysis and RetrievalSystem Online) MEDLINE, (Biblioteca Regional de Medicina) BIREME, (Medical LiteratureAnalysisnand Retrieval System Online), LILACS e Google Acadêmico. Os critérios de inclusãodas fontes bibliográficas foram artigos publicados no período de 2012 a 2017, disponíveis em textocompleto. É de suma importância que os profissionais de saúde tenham ciência a respeito doconceito de infecção hospitalar, sua cadeia de transmissão, precauções padrão, medidas deprevenção e biossegurança. A enfermagem é primordial na assistência a esses pacientes, pois, atuade forma direta na profilaxia e controle das infecções, realiza constantemente assistência aousuário com procedimentos invasivos e potencialmente contaminados, manipula equipamentos,instrumentais e medicações além de desenvolver ações de vigilância e prevenção. Conclui - se quea assistência de enfermagem é primordial no atendimento a pacientes críticos e que precisam decuidados redobrados.
