In this paper, the effect of shock compression on the synthesis of a Bi-based oxide superconductor was investigated. Bi 1.85 -Pb 0.35 -Sr 1.90 -Ca 2.05 -Cu 3.05 -O x calcined powder was shockcompacted around 20 GPa and 30 GPa, and divided specimens were annealed at 845 ˚C for 1, 6 and 48 hours. The specimens were evaluated by x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
