Higher vocational education has developed rapidly and attracted wide attention. Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of teaching management in classroom teaching and is an important part of teaching management. Based on the theory of teaching quality, 16 evaluation indicators are identified from the four aspects of teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching process, and teaching results and an HVE quality evaluation index system is constructed. The evaluation model is established by BP neural network algorithm. Finally, five higher vocational colleges in Henan Province are selected for empirical research. The results show that the evaluation model constructed in this paper has certain applicability and can provide a reference for HVE quality evaluation and improvement. Although the evaluation models herein have certain applicable values, further improvements are still needed in terms of indicator identification and correction.
Illustration art is an important part of graphic design, and is an intuitive means of artistic expression. Based on the gradual development of social networks and modern illustration art, digital illustration technology has become the main means of expression in modern graphic design. Starting from the basic concept of illustration art in the digital age, this study analyzes the application of digital illustration art and promotes the innovative development of the artistic expression of graphic design in China. This study will combine the traditional Chinese painting language with digital illustration creation in an inquiry-based manner, optimize the standard genetic algorithm, verify it through experimental simulation, and find that the model is more innovative based on the original model. This study provides a certain theoretical basis for the development of digital illustration in China and has a certain propaganda effect on the traditional Chinese painting language.
In order to improve the analysis effect of legal issues of the crime of endangering public safety, this paper analyzes the legal issues of the crime of endangering public safety based on the actual mining algorithm and uses numerical methods to qualitatively study the evolution behavior across phase intervals. Moreover, this paper improves the algorithm based on the actual needs of legal mining. When solving the eigenvalues of the given Hamiltonian’s duration equation, the zero-energy solution can be found in the case of open boundaries. In addition, this paper applies the improved algorithm proposed in this paper to the mining of criminal law legal issues of crimes against public safety, assigns a dynamic IP to each process, and builds a model based on this. Through the above simulation research, it can be seen that the legal problem analysis model of the crime of endangering public safety based on the data mining algorithm proposed in this paper has a good legal data mining effect.
