1 stavropol state medical university, russian Federation 2 medical academy of Postgraduate education, minsk, republic Belarus 3 Kuban state Мedical university, Krasnodar, russian Federation изложены результаты исследований по разработке модели остеопороза у экспериментальных животных с последующим анализом картины иммунного ответа тканей пародонта через 90 и 180 суток после начала формирования модели. результаты исследования показали, что уменьшение числа ЕК-клеток в сочетании с увеличением т-клеточной популяции (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+) отражает усиленный иммунный ответ в условиях повышенной антигенной нагрузки при остеопорозе. При этом количественные показатели В-клеток, как показали проведенные исследования, остаются без изменений. Ключевые слова: остеопороз, пародонтит, иммунный ответ, экспериментThe materials of the article contain data on the development of a model of osteoporosis in experimental animals, followed by a detailed description of the immune response of periodontal tissues 90 and 180 days after the beginning of the model formation. The results of the study showed that the decrease in the number of EC cells in combination with an increase in the T-cell population (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+) reflects an enhanced immune response in conditions of increased antigenic load in osteoporosis. At the same time, the quantitative indicators of B cells, as shown by the studies, remain unchanged.
