This study aims to look at one of the areas in Riau Province that is experiencing rapid forest degradation, Pekanbaru City, which is the Capital of Riau Province. The existence of forests in Pekanbaru City is only centered on the outskirts of the city and the Greater Forest Park area which is directly adjacent to the Siak Regency and urban forests which are spread in Pekanbaru City. The study was conducted in Pekanbaru City using a normative juridical approach concerning legal principles in the form of conceptions, statutory regulations, views, legal doctrines and related legal systems. This type of approach emphasizes obtaining information in the form of legal texts relating to the object under study, the data collection tool is literature study and documentation study. The results and discussion in this study found that criminal formulations against illegal logging (Illegal Loging) contained in the Criminal Code, after the enactment of Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry against acts of utilizing forest products without the permission of the authorities, legal subjects both individuals, legal entities and business entities by not providing further explanation of the formulation of criminal acts so that criminal sanctions against individuals and corporations are also applied equally to criminal sanctions, there are still many weaknesses so that they are unable or ineffective to accommodate the novelty of forest destruction. and provide a deterrent effect for the offender. Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction as a solution to prevent and eradicate forest destruction with a policy that is more stringent and strict criminal law.
Divorce is the termination of a legal marriage before a court judge based on conditions determined by law. Therefore it is necessary to understand the spirit of the rules regarding divorce and the causes and consequences that may arise after the husband and wife have broken marriages. This type of research is normative juridical research and the nature of this research is descriptive analysis. Factors causing divorce are disputes and quarrels that have occurred continuously then the peak of disputes in the Plaintiff and Defendant's household in 2005 until now the Defendant has left the residence together. Defendant as head of household cannot carry out his obligations as a good head of household. Legal protection for wives who are victims of husband violence is regulated in several laws and regulations, including in the Criminal Code Article 356 of the Criminal Code, in the Marriage Law (Law No. 1, 1974) Article 24. PP No. 9 Tabun 1975 Article 19 letter d and the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence (Law No. 23 of 2004). The basis for consideration of the Panel of judges in deciding the case for divorce is case number 23 / Pdt.G / 2015 / PN.Lbp, namely the application of Article 5 letter (b) Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, Article 19 letter (f) of the Regulation Government Number 9 of 1975.
This paper riset aims to examine and analyze the legal rule regarding airlines for passenger aircraft in Indonesia is Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law no. 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 89 of 2015 concerning Handling Delays in Scheduled Commercial Air Transport Business Entities in Indonesia and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 92 of 2011 amending the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 77 of 2011 concerning the Responsibility of Air Transport Carriers. The factors causing the delay in departure at Kualanamu Deli Serdang International Airport are one of the factors of weather, and technical problems on aircraft but which are more often caused by weather, especially Kuala Lumpur is the hub airport (collecting airport) of several small airports where the weather can change at any time -Time and it is a thing that often happens in Kuala Lumpur.
