The uncertainty of differential code bias (DCB) is one of the main error sources in ionospheric delay of the signal GPS based total electron content (TEC). In this paper, we propose a combination of DCB estimation methods using ZERO method and least square method based on the assumption that the TEC can reach zero. This work estimates receiver differential code biases using GPS measurements of five receivers located within Brazilian network region where ionospheric anomalies exist. The results showed that the estimated values of the receiver differential code biases present stability in comparison to CODE values estimated. The results of differential code biases for Brazilian stations vary much with latitude and longitude and the year of solar activity.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
